Responsibilities 1 Engages with a full spectrum of HR related activities which include recruitment processes, employee engagement, policy administration, employee benefits, etc

Handling employment contract and contract extension
Menangani kontrak kerja dan perpanjangan kontrak
3 Processing manpower data, employee transfer, turn over data and promotion
Pengolahan data ketenagakerjaan, mutasi pegawai, data turn over dan promosi
4 Be responsible for employees BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
Bertanggung jawab terhadap pegawai BPJS Kesehatan dan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
5 Maintain payroll administration regarding attendance / finger records, leaves, over time and shift change
Memelihara administrasi penggajian mengenai kehadiran/catatan jari, cuti, lembur dan perubahan shift
6 Assist to manage Annual Performance Appraisal Review, Salary Review and Performance Bonus Review
Membantu mengelola Review Penilaian Kinerja Tahunan, Review Gaji dan Review Bonus Kinerja
7 Responsible for employee relation duties such as employee grievance, employee counselling, issuing warning letter and sending summon letter
Bertanggung jawab atas tugas-tugas hubungan karyawan seperti pengaduan karyawan, konseling karyawan, penerbitan surat peringatan dan pengiriman surat pemanggilan
8 Handling exits clearance of the employees and related matters
Menangani izin keluar karyawan dan hal-hal terkait
9 Be responsible for internal and external audits preparation as well as becoming regular internal auditor
Bertanggung jawab atas persiapan audit internal dan eksternal serta menjadi auditor internal reguler
10 Set up and review employee KPI
Menyiapkan dan meninjau KPI karyawan
11 Arrange employee development/training activities, and Carrying out Management Trainee Program and the agreement with universities
Menyusun kegiatan pengembangan/pelatihan pegawai, dan Melaksanakan Management Trainee Program serta kesepakatan dengan perguruan tinggi
12 Be responsible to provide attendance access for employees
Bertanggung jawab untuk menyediakan akses kehadiran bagi karyawan
13 Provide support to HR Manager all time
Memberikan dukungan kepada Manajer SDM sepanjang waktu
