What do you think about the law against garbage outer space?

We generate tons of waste every day, but not only on Earth. Thousands of fragments
and objects from former space missions also accumulate in space. This is called "space
junk" and is one of the "most urgent" issues, according to the European Space Agency
(ESA), so, creating a law was really necessary because this doesn’t only affect the space
travel of astronauts, also it affects us, because if something goes out of orbit and falls to
earth it could cause serious accidents.
We have filled our planet with garbage, and this cannot happen also in space, if we cause
this, the right thing to do is to take responsibility for it. Therefore, we must minimize
space pollution, and celestial bodies must be protected, especially those that may
harbor biological activity. Similarly, the Earth must be protected against the introduction
of extraterrestrial biological material. Having a license to launch a spacecraft should
become international law.
