Water Exercises - Everyone Is Welcome

Water Exercises are on Monday through Friday from 10 to 11 AM in the South pool all year. During
winter season Michel St Pierre leads a class from 8:30 - 9:30 AM. If the outside temperature is below
70 degrees there will be no class at 10 AM. Everyone is welcome.

Due to the intensity of the sun, we recommend that you wear sunscreen (or shirt), a hat and
sunglasses. Some of us use a noodle for a few exercises as it’s easier on your shoulders and back
(optional, not required). If a teacher is not available, there are others who can help lead the
exercises. It’s easier to exercise in the water and therapeutic for people who have arthritis. Copies of
the exercises can be obtained from me, just call and let me know if you would like a copy.

As stated on the board of rules, please leave the pool when there is thunder and lightning. Take
shelter in the restroom until the storm passes. Carol 219 308-2420

homes while the residents are sleeping.

As a precaution, please keep your doors locked at night, and your cars locked and keys
