The undersigned is currently conducting a study entitled: “IMPROVEMENT
EFFORTS FOR SCHOOL-COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS FOR EFFECTIVE
RESOURCE MANAGEMENT” in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree
Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Management.
In this connection, the undersigned would like to seek approval from your office
to conduct this study to our 23 schools in the Division of Biliran. The primary objective of
this study investigate the improvement efforts for school-community partnerships for
effective resource management.

confidentiality based on ethical standards in research and will be used solely in this

Title of Research
“IMPROVEMENT EFFORTS FOR SCHOOL-COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP FOR
EFFECTIVE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT”
Purpose of Research
The purpose of this study is to investigate how teachers and school heads outsource
community partners.
Procedures
Participation in this study will require approximately 30 to 60 minutes of your time. You
will be invited to take part in a one-on-one in-person interview, which will be voice
recorded for accuracy and reference purposes. To ensure your consent for the
recording, please indicate your agreement by checking the box below the statement.
Risks and/Discomforts
There are no known risks or discomforts associated with participating in this research.
The interview process is designed to be non-invasive and respectful of your time and
comfort.
Benefits
The results of this study will contribute to the body of knowledge on school heads and
teachers outsource potential community partners. By gaining insights into effective
strategies and approaches, this research has the potential to enhance Science
education and promote sustainable practices.
Confidentiality
Your participation in this interview will be kept strictly confidential. Your responses will
be anonymized and reported under a pseudonym in the final thesis report of the
researcher. Only the researcher will have access to the voice recording, which will be
transcribed for analysis. No other transcriptions will be utilized or shared.
Freedom to Withdraw
Participation in this study is entirely voluntary. You have the right to refuse participation
or withdraw from the study at any time, without any negative consequences. Your
decision to participate or withdraw will not impact your relationship with the researchers,
the BipSU, or your institution.
