Student Attendance Agreement

I, ___________________________________ fully understand that I must adhere to all attendance
policies of BIALONG HIGH SCHOOL. The duration of this agreement shall be from January 10, 2023 to
July 2023. Furthermore, I fully agree to, and understand the following:

1. I will be on time for scheduled school hours (7:00 a.m. to 4 p.m.).

2. I will be prompt in my attendance and not engage in skipping during any part the school day.
3. I will present a written letter with parent’s signature. This letter must be presented the first day
upon my return to school.
4. I understand that my parent/guardian will be immediately contacted if I violate this agreement.
5. I FULLY understand that if is this agreement is violated, the disciplinary action will follow up.

This agreement is between the student, parent/guardian, adviser and school principal of Bialong High
School.
