Manufacturing Facilities mainly located in North South and
west India. The Group is well positioned in India Auto Components Market.
With Over 1600 Components, Micro Turner is mainly into the manufacturing of kick Start Mechanism,
Transmission Gear Train Assembly Gear Shifting Towers and forks, Chain / Timing sprockets, Ratchets,
Pinions Special Engine fasteners, Clutch shafts, Armature Shafts, Bearing Races and Rings, 2 WHD Chassis,
frames, Silencers and special turned components.

In Micro Turner Company manufacture many type of parts like that Cylinder Head Bolts and Studs, Cam
Brake, Spacer and Bushes Precision Machine Components, Transmission Gear and Shaft Sprocket Cam Chain
Bearing Races, Chain Sprockets etc. In Micro turner company very good and friendly Environment.

Consideration before the GVR was set. It was basically calculated with a formula which takes how much did
the employee got as his/her last payment as basic salary and other incentives and how many years did he/she
served for the company, from there the tax will be calculated and deducted. The entire process has been done
by the payroll department.

The HR office at Microturners Company plays a crucial role in managing various HR functions. Led by
HRM Manager Mr. Sunil Kumar, Sr. Executive HRD Mr. Gaurav Sharma, and HR Admin Mr. Krishan Lamba,
the team ensures the smooth operation of HR processes. As an HR intern in the time office, my main
responsibility was tracking and managing employee attendance and work hours. This involved maintaining
accurate records, generating reports, and supporting payroll processing. The HR office also handles other
important tasks such as recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, performance
management, and employee relations. It was a valuable learning experience to be a part of the HR team and
contribute to the efficient functioning of the time office.
