- Ne pas interroger un candidat sans pièce d’identité; le signaler au Secrétariat de l’Examen.


- Ne pas interroger un candidat libre n’ayant pas le nombre de textes requis.
- Exiger à chaque candidat deux (02) jeux de textes.
- Ne pas avoir à la fois plus de deux candidats dans la salle d’interrogation.
- Éviter des va-et-vient dans la salle d’interrogation ou entre les salles.
- Laisser les téléphones au Secrétariat de l’Examen.
- Tout écart de comportement d’un candidat sera signalé à l’Harmonisateur qui, à son tour et en cas de
besoin, pourra porter l’affaire au Secrétariat de l’Examen.
- La note définitive doit être TOUJOURS ENTIÈRE.
- Les notes en-deçà de 05/20 et au-dessus de 13/20 doivent être certifiées par l’Harmonisateur.
- TOUJOURS ÉMARGER la fiche individuelle du candidat.
- Ne pas laisser le candidat emporter le document iconographique (au Bac).
- Une fois les interrogations de la demi-journée terminées, remettre les histogrammes (dûment remplis) à
l’Harmonisateur et les feuilles d’interrogation au Secrétariat.
- Les candidats ayant des difficultés d’élocution notoirement notifiées à l’Harmonisateur seront interrogés
par écrit.

Les prescriptions suivantes concernent aussi bien les candidats officiels que les candidats libres.

- Avoir le nombre de textes requis en deux (02) jeux.


- Se présenter physiquement de façon décente: tenue vestimentaire et coiffure décentes.
- L’usage des téléphones et autres gadgets électroniques reste interdit dans l’enceinte du Centre
d’Examen.
- Seules les lunettes médicales sont autorisées en salle de préparation et en salle d’interrogation.
- Une pièce d’identité en cours de validité est obligatoire (carte scolaire, carte nationale d’identité,
passeport, permis de conduire, carte de séjour).
- Tout écart de comportement d’un Interrogateur sera signalé à l’Harmonisateur qui, à son tour et en cas
de besoin, pourra porter l’affaire au Secrétariat de l’Examen.
- Toute incapacité à passer l’oral doit être notoirement notifiée à l’Harmonisateur.
- Remettre le document iconographique à l’Interrogateur à la fin de l’oral (au Bac).
- Déposer la fiche individuelle du candidat (signée par l’Interrogateur) à l’endroit aménagé à cet effet.
- Sortir du Centre après l’oral: il est formellement interdit de faire un détour par la salle de préparation
ou de traîner dans la cour.
