Warehouse incoming guest SOP

1. Every guest will have to register with Bu Indah or any warehouse personnel available
a. The registration will need the guest to fill their visiting time, state their purpose for
coming on the visitor book
b. The guest is expected to put their KTP or any other kind of legally acknowledge
identification when registering
c. The guest will be given visitor tag in exchange of the identification they give us
2. Every guest who has finished their registration will be body checked by our personnel, if the
guest is female, will be checked by Bu Indah, if its male will be checked by either Pak Romli,
or Pak Muldjani.
3. Every guest is not allowed to wander alone in the warehouse area, every group must need to
have at least one warehouse personnel accompany them, this way we can supervise and
won’t let them do any suspicious activity
a. If any guest was seen trying to do any suspicious activity, the person in charge must
directly interfere and has rights to question them
b. If the situation escalates, our personnel have rights to call the authority and detain
the guest until the authority arrives. Our personnel are expected to give immediate
report to the upper management when this happen
c. If any damages or loss happens, we have rights to charge the guest according to the
damage they done
d. In any case that something happens to the guest, our personnel have to assist the
guest as much as possible, including calling ambulance or any involved departments
e. Our personnel are expected to be as polite and helpful as possible to meet our guest
needs
4. After the guest has finished their business in our warehouse, the guest has to undergone
another body check to ensure they don’t take anything from the warehouse
5. The guest then will check out and fill the time finished on the visitor book, then they have to
return the visitor tag in exchange of their identification.
仓库出入 SOP

1. 每位客人都必须向 Bu Indah 或任何可用的仓库人员登记

A. 登记时需要客人填写来访时间，并在访客名册上说明来访目的

B. 客人在登记时应出示其 KTP 或任何其他类型的合法承认的身份证明

C. 客人将获得访客标签，以换取他们向我们提供的身份证明

2. 每位完成登记的客人将由我们的人员进行身体检查，如果客人是女性，将由 Bu Indah 检查，

如果客人是男性，将由 Pak Romli 或 Pak Muldjani 检查。

3.每位客人不得单独在仓库区域徘徊，每个团体必须至少有一名仓库人员陪同，这样我们可以
监督，不会让他们做出任何可疑的活动

A. 如果发现客人有任何可疑行为，负责人必须直接制止并有权询问。

B. 如果情况升级，我们的人员有权致电当局并拘留客人，直到当局到达为止。 发生这
种情况时，我们的人员应立即向上级管理层报告

C. 如果发生任何损坏或丢失，我们有权根据客人造成的损坏向客人收取费用

D. 在任何情况下，客人发生意外，我们的人员必须尽可能协助客人，包括呼叫救护车
或任何相关部门

E. 我们的工作人员应尽可能礼貌和乐于助人，以满足客人的需求

4.客人在我们仓库处理完事务后，客人必须再次接受身体检查，以确保他们没有从仓库拿走任
何东西

5. 然后客人将结帐并在访客登记簿上填写完成的时间，然后他们必须归还访客标签以换取身份
证明。
