Foreword
The content of this material aims to demonstrate the different settings and configurations possible
in M4000 Series Sprayers equipped with ExactApply™.
The recommended configurations and settings can be used as the starting point before any
application. Fine-tuning may be necessary according to the goal of each application and agronomic
recommendations.
Options
The items described below are factory options that can be configured when purchasing your sprayer
or installed later as needed.
The items described below are not factory-provided, but they can be purchased via spare parts in
order to adapt your sprayer to the conditions of your fields.
1
Ideal spraying conditions
Countless environmental conditions can influence the quality, efficiency and precision of an
application. Among these, the following items stand out:
• Temperature – The ideal temperature range is between 68°F and 86°F (20°C and 30°C)
with a minimum of 59°F (15°C) and a maximum of 90°F (32°C) in some cases. At high
temperatures, the droplets may be subject to volatilization and drift.
• Relative Air Humidity – The ideal range for this fact is between 70% and 90%, with the
minimum reaching 55%. In situations with very low humidity, the droplet undergoes a
moisture loss process and may not reach the target or may not remain on the surface of
the plant tissue for long enough to promote proper absorption of the active principle.
• Wind – The determining factor for drift should be maintained at speeds below 6 mph
(10km/h). However, speeds between 0 and 2 mph (3 km/h) need attention, because thermal
inversion phenomenon can occur in such situations, which is when hot air near the ground
is retained by cold air, keeping the droplet suspended in the air and preventing it from
reaching the target.
ExactApply™ Configurations
1
Off Mode – Conventional
IMPORTANT: Document any physical change to nozzle positions on the display. Divergent
information can generate rate and droplet size incompatibility.
1
Auto-Select Mode
Auto tip selection mode makes it possible to work with three different nozzle variations
based on a pre-selected pair of tips, only “A”, only “B” and “A+B”. This favors the equipment’s speed
range. Although there is pressure variation, the target rate is maintained due to the automatic tip
switching when the pressure limit specified by the operator is reached. Auto-select mode is also
compatible with all available types of tips. Combined with the right choice of nozzles, this allows for
achieving coverage similar to that obtained in pulse mode, preventing galling on ExactApply™
internal components, but without the target pressure control and curve compensation features.
1
Pulse Mode
- Returning to the ExactApply™ Configuration screen, enter the target pressure value based
on the tip selection table for PWM. Two pressures can be preset (P1 and P2). Depending on the
application conditions, you can switch from P1 to P2 in order to get a different droplet size.
1
To select 15 Hz pulse mode:
- Position turret 1, 2 or 3 to the front of the machine.
- In Spraying mode, select only A (front tip) or only B (back tip). You can alternate between
A and B during application using the armrest buttons.
A+B pulse mode uses two tips (A and B), with the solenoids pulsing simultaneously at 15 Hz, offset
from each other. This mode is advantageous because it enables curve compensation and target
pressure selection.
1
Comparison between modes
Tip Selection
Spraying tips are vital elements to ensure that you get the full potential out of the machine.
The droplet should be recognized as the main component produced by the machine, and adjusted
according to the selected target and weather conditions.
To determine the ideal point, follow the plant-health product recommendation with the aid
of the following decision tree. In addition to these selection criteria, the ApplyPlus™ app is available,
which determines the best tips to be used based on pre-defined details for each type of operation,
facilitating the choice.
1
Tip selection example: Systemic herbicide in post-emergent.
Droplet size
The droplet size will be inversely proportional to the solution system pressure and may be
influenced by the weather. The smaller the droplet size, the greater the coverage and risks of drift
or moisture loss. The larger the droplet size, the lower the risk of drift, and consequently, the lower
the coverage.

ExactApply™ Tip Selection
John Deere has spraying tips for any kind of application in any ExactApply™ system
operating mode. However, not all tips can be used in any mode. For example:
• The use of tips with air induction is not recommended in pulse mode.
• Pulse mode does not allow for working with tips that have flow rate of less than 0.2 gal/min.
• Auto-select mode does not present air induction restriction. Its only restriction is related to
the double fan or cone type tips. When both tips are engaged there may be shock and
dripping between the jets. In this case, the third stage of the mode should be disabled.
Following is the table with tips made available by John Deere and the modes in which they can
operate:

Tip Selection Tree - ExactApply™
IMPORTANT: When using double fan or cone type tips, work only with the first two Auto-Select
stages, Tip A and Tip B. Do not use A+B Tips so the jets don’t cross.
IMPORTANT: Do not use 3D in 15 Hz individual pulse mode (Only A or Only B). In pulse mode,
this tip can operate with two simultaneous tips (A + B), or with one high turret at the front of the
nozzle holder, resulting in 30 Hz (A + B Combined).
Auto-select mode consists of an automatic switch between 3 stages of operation: Tip A, Tip
B and Tips A+B, where Tip A, with the lowest flow rate, will be used at lower speeds, Tip B, with
higher flow rate, for intermediate speeds, and Tips A+B for higher speeds.
10
1
To configure this mode, we set a pressure range in the system for each of these stages.
The narrower the pressure range for each tip, the better the control over application. To allow for
this, however, a pair of tips of close sizes must be selected. For example: 15 and 2 / 2 and 3 / 3
and 4
The system pressure on the tips, in addition to being the main application quality point, is a
factor that determines their durability. Following is a table with the minimum and maximum
pressures that John Deere tips can operate at in Auto-Select Mode.
1) By analyzing the selection tree, the LDX tip model was chosen according to the
parameters required for application.
2) When the size of tips is defined for the auto-select system, the entire speed range
allowed by the terrain should be taken into consideration. From the minimum speed to cross over
obstacles, until reaching maximum speed. Supposing that, for this example, the minimum
application speed is 4 mph (6 Km/h) and the maximum is 15 mph (25 Km/h).
The first step in selecting tip flow rate is selecting the tip with the lowest flow rate (Tip A),
responsible for minimum speed. When analyzing the tip table, tip 2 is seen to meet the minimum
speed of 3.5 mph (5.7 Km/h) at 150 KPa (1.5 bar), meeting the required droplet size. Moreover, it
can operate up to maximum pressure of 600 KPa (6 bar), maintaining the droplet size.
3) For practical purposes, tip B should be the next size on the table, taking the following
rule into consideration: Its size should not be 50% bigger than the size of Tip A. If Tip A is a 2, Tip
B should be equal to or smaller than 3. The pressure range should be selected according to the
desired droplet size, abiding by the maximum limit for the type of tip.
11
1
4) Document the pressure ranges for each mode stage on the display. Remember that the pressure
range of the third stage should provide the same droplet size to the two tips SIMULTANEOUSLY.
Note: The maximum pressure in each stage should result in a speed greater than or equal
to the starting speed of the subsequent stage.
12
1
Even if the maximum limit for the type of tip (LDX) is 600 KPa (6 bar) in the example, using
this value for the maximum pressure limits in the documentation is not required. Considering that
the narrower the pressure range for each tip, the better the control over application.
The rectangle to the left of the image indicates where each auto-select mode stage is
disabled. It the event of using tips that would come into conflict with jets when working
simultaneously.
Pulse mode is characterized by the application of CONSTANT PRESSURE, where the flow
variation according to speed is provided by the variation in pulse width from the nozzle holder
solenoid. Given that the spraying tip is always exposed to the same pressure, it always maintains
the same droplet size. Thus, to configure this mode, we indicate which is the desired target
pressure.
The solenoid pulse width varies from 15% to 100%. 15% is the lowest possible pulse and
100% is the highest possible. In this case, the system reaches practically constant flow, without
pulsing.
When the system reaches one of these limits during application, the pressure must be
varied according to the speed, given that the priority is the proper application rate. As such, it is
advisable for the average speed in application planning to coincide with 75% solenoid pulse.
1) By analyzing the selection tree, the 3D tip model was chosen according to the
parameters required for application.
2) To select tip size(s), average application speed is taken into consideration. On the tip
table, the size can be selected in two different ways.
The FIRST way is to select just ONE tip for pulse (Only A or Only B). The tips size and
pressure are selected according to the speed of the tip table. The average speed is thus divided by
0.75.
13
1
In this case, size 5 was selected, with 400 KPa (4 bar) target pressure. As it will be an
individual 3D tip pulse, it should be positioned on a high turret in front of the nozzle holder, pulsing
at 30 Hz (A + B Combined).
The second way of choosing the tip size is to divide the equivalent flow from one 5 tip into
two 25 tips (A + B). In this way, when analyzing average speed on the table, look for half of the
calculated speed value.
14.04 mph (22.6 km/h)
Speedtable = = 𝟕. 𝟎𝟐 𝐦𝐩𝐡 (𝟏𝟏. 𝟑 𝐤𝐦/𝐡)
2
TWO 25 tips were selected on the table below, with 400 KPa (4 bar) target pressure. As
the application will be with two 3D tips pulsing simultaneously, there is no restriction when pulsing
with 15 Hz.
14
1
3) Document the target pressure selected for the application on the display.
When to opt for pulsing with just ONE tip (Only A, Only B or A+B Combined) or with
TWO tips (A + B)?
The pulse system operating method leads to selecting tips with higher flow rates compared
to a conventional spraying system. Aiming to achieve better speed in application. However, in some
cases, these bigger tips are not able to produce the desired droplet size, especially when smaller
sized droplets are required.
Thus, the solution is the division of the equivalent flow from this larger type into two smaller
tips, as was done in the previous example. According to the table, both tip 5 and tip 25 produce a
medium droplet when exposed, and the same pressure of 400 KPa (4 bar). However, tip 25 is
already in transition to finer droplets.
In general, the use of two tips presents a condition for wider application coverage, but it is
also associated with a higher risk of drift. The use of only one tip can lead to less coverage, with
lower risk of drift. The choice should take regional weather factors and the product used into
consideration.

Curve Compensation
For effective curve compensation in pulse mode, all nozzle holders along the boom need
to be performing at a pulse level between 15% and 100%. If some of the nozzle holders at the ends
of the boom reach these limits during application, the curve will not be fully compensated.
To follow the pulse level along the boom in real time, the graph indicating this pulse
percentage can be added to the display. The image below shows three examples: (a) straight track
application, (b) curve to the right and (c) curve to the left.
RATE OPTIMIZATION
Within the application process, one of the points that most affects the final result is the rate
fluctuation, which can occur due to numerous factors.
In this sense, some elements and aspects warrant attention to prevent or reduce this variation:
• Selected speed source (Wheel or GPS);
• Tips and filters;
• Sensitive paper test;
• Flowmeter;
• System pressurization;
• Solution tank filling;
• Orifice valve (26 gallons (100 liters));
• Automatic Primer;
• Agitation.
• Boom size
This feature on the display allows the operator to select the speed source best suited to the
moment of spraying.
The right speed source must be selected so that the spray rate control unit reaches the desired
spray rate. Soil conditions, availability of GPS signal and installed options must be considered.
16
1
Tips and filters
The spraying tips interfere directly with system pressure, and with the rate as a result.
Always make sure the nozzles are all the same both in terms of brand and flow rate. Wear above
5% variation determines the time to replace the tips. If necessary, check the pressure and flow
tables for each nozzle.
In addition, the tip screens must be adjusted according to the type of chemical formulation
and manufacturer recommendation, only retaining impurities and allowing free passage of the
active ingredient through its mesh. In this way, machine operating time is optimized, preventing
problems in fan formation and waste caused by dripping due to the presence of dirt in the anti-drip
valve.
IMPORTANT: When installed with ExactApply™, the nozzle settings on the display must match
the physical settings of each nozzle holder, as the system works according to the information shown
on the display.
This test determines the real density (droplets/cm²) and volume mean diameter (VMD) that
is reaching the target, whether in the lower, middle or upper third of the plant. This gives us a real
notion of how effective the application is using a certain tip in field conditions.
There are several tips that can deliver the target rate of 6.41 gallons/acre (60 L/ha).
However, each one produces a different spectrum of drops. We might have tips that exceed the
specified density and therefore greatly favor coverage by producing finer drops, but with greater
risk of losses due to drift and evaporation, which may even result in droplet depletion and
phytotoxicity.
In contrast, we can use tips that produce a VMD (droplet size) that meets the density
specification of the package insert (droplets/cm²) and are not susceptible to drift. Configuring it this
way is the best choice for reaching the target in sufficient quantity and favoring the droplet’s lifespan.

Flowmeter
The flow rate meter measures the flow passing through the solution tank piping to the
nozzles. That’s why it’s import for it to be calibrated and free of impurities. To optimize component
durability and accuracy of readings, daily cleaning of the system is recommended.
System pressurization
Check all piping for signs of leaks that might generate pressure leakage, especially at
connections and joints of the solution pipe and nozzle holder.
The wrong filling procedure can generate false target rate interpretations due to excess or
lack of slurry in the tank at the end of the operation.
It is advisable to fill the machine on level ground and to be sure not to exceed tank level
and capacity.
IMPORTANT: In similar situations, make sure the filled volume is exactly the same as the volume
indicated on the tank ruler. For this validation, use a container with known volume or scale and
enter the real volume on the display.
The flow rate mode allows the operator to choose between High, Standard and Low Flow.
The right flow rate must be selected to obtain the desired application rate. The orifice valve position
should be changed manually to match the selected flow rate configuration.
Change the flow rate mode configurations in the following situations:
• The application rates are changed.
• The application speed is changed.
On the display, access the “Spraying System” icon and then click on “Standard Flow”, which will
open the “Valve Configuration” page, where the valve position for low and high flows is specified,
but this recommendation can be more specific by clicking on “Recommendations”. Within “Flow
Recommendations” we can impose the rate value and speed, insinuating the current application
condition:
After entering the field information, the display calculates and shows the recommendation (Open or
Closed). If the variation continues, start the gradual valve opening or closing procedure in order to
correct the problem.
Automatic Primer
The Automatic Primer is used to load the piping with solution only, eliminating remaining
residue or lack of solution in the boom piping, ensuring that what is in the solution tank is also in
the spray nozzles.
This procedure is similar to the already customary depletion of 26 gallons (100 liters) before
spraying, but with more efficiency and less product waste.
18

Usage Recommendations
The agitation horns are strategically positioned to prevent chemical deposition at the bottom
of the tank. However, at the end of each spray tank, agitation combined with low solution level may
result in the emergence of foam and, consequently, air in the system, altering the applied rate.
It is thus important to observe the tank level to turn off agitation. This automatic shut-off
can be programmed on the display via:
Menu – Tank System – Automatic Agitation Shut-off.
Check whether the boom size and nozzle spacing values are entered and configured
properly on the display.
Access the “Menu” icon, then click on “Booms and Nozzles” and note the “Working Width”
specifications. They must match the physical configurations.
19
1
If the values are different from the physical configurations, click on “Advanced Settings”, then
“Section Configurations” and note the “Nozzle Spacing” and “Total Boom Width” values.
The height of the boom is another factor that warrants attention. It should be kept high
enough above the canopy of the crop to promote jet/fan crossing.
Some manuals or information may come with boom size recommendations in Feet or Inches.
Hence, note the values for boom size and nozzle spacing:
• Boom: 100 ft = 30.5 m and 120 ft = 36.57 m
• Nozzles: 15’ = 0.38 m and 20’ = 0.508 m
At the end of spraying, do not let the tank dry out completely, because the solution pump
will operate dry. This will cause air to enter the system and also mechanical damage in the pump
impeller.
When the tank has a very low slurry level, it can also generate this problem, because the
slurry moves according to ground level, so the suction distributor may sometimes suck and
sometimes not at low levels.
This is the number one cause of irregular rate problems. To purge air from the system, close all
nozzle bodies other than the outer nozzles in each section, tilt the spray booms up, set manual
pressure to 90 psi or 620 KPa and spray for one minute.

NIGHT SPRAYING
The LED lighting system, present in machines equipped with ExactApply™, optimizes night
application operation as well as problem diagnostics, making any turret that presents failures
operate at a different frequency than the others.
In unfavorable weather situations, night spraying becomes a good alternative, mainly
because it offers better temperature and relative air humidity conditions.
The nozzle holder lighting mode can be set in: Menu > Boom and Nozzles> (↑) Advanced Settings
> Turret Lighting.
Note:
• Coarse droplets can contribute to increased product running in excessive dew conditions.
• The product penetrates into the plant very slowly during night applications, so there can be
no rain or cloudy weather the morning after application.
• Medium and fine droplets are recommended as they are not susceptible to drift or
evaporation losses at night and because they favor penetration and coverage.
The systemic products act inside the plant through their absorption and translocation by
the sap-conducting vessels. Due to this characteristic, the application doesn’t require maximum
coverage and precision of available droplets.
Because of this and thinking about extending the service life of ExactApply™ components,
AutoSelect spraying mode can be used more often, also being able to maintain optimum coverage
and application speed compared to the conventional system.
21
1
APPLICATION OF CONTACT PRODUCTS
Contact products require greater precision and more coverage, because they only act in
the region where they are deposited. Therefore, Automatic Pulse mode is recommended to achieve
maximum droplet standardization and application optimization. It is important to reinforce that for
application on terrains that require a lot of speed variation and use of chemicals that have limited
penetrating action, coverage should also be maximized through automatic pulse mode to achieve
better results.
SLURRY PREPARATION
Water is the emulsifying agent responsible for diluting inputs, so attention should be paid to its
quality in terms of hardness, pH, presence of clays/sand, organic matter and capture location.
As a general rule, the addition of products to the solution tank starts from the hardest product
to be diluted to the easiest. Consult an Agronomist Engineer and be attentive to all details of the
package insert of the plant health product to prevent slurry precipitation/decantation and promote
maximum solubilization of the mixtures.
IMPORTANT: Wear appropriate PPE, maintain agitation/rpm at the maximum level. Powdered
products should be added slowly and gradually to prevent the formation of product clumps within
the tank and to increase the product contact area exposed to the water.
FIELDCRUISE
FieldCruise™ optimizes operation by controlling the engine load, which can vary from 1500
to 2150 rpm depending on the characteristics of each terrain and relief.
22
1
A. Open the rpm range configuration mode;
B. View of the preset rpm;
C. Editing field for definitions, which can be adjusted by clicking on the value or (+) button to
increase and (-) to decrease;
By clicking on maximum rotation, the engine will not pass the preset rpm. Only after disabling the
FieldCruise function will the rotation return to maximum level.
Note: Avoid leaving the engine at low idle with the machine stopped. This causes fuel inefficiency
and accumulated carbon in the engine. If the machine has to be left standing with the engine running
for more than 3 or 4 minutes, press the low speed button. Otherwise, turn off the engine.
One of the points requiring the most attention in the ExactApply™ system is the cleaning
process. For it to operate properly, it is PARAMOUNT that this procedure be performed daily.
4 - Turn on the Solution pump and then the spraying. Rinse the boom for at least 10 minutes.
IMPORTANT: Inefficient cleaning or lack thereof causes the ExactApply™ system to malfunction,
interfering directly with the application.
IMPORTANT: Follow the cleaning recommendations in the plant-health product insert and wear
PPE.
23
1
WEEKLY CLEANING
In addition to the daily cleaning, a weekly cleaning of the entire system should also be performed.
1 - Following safety recommendations, wash the outside of the machine, booms and hoses.
2 - Wash the solution tank with clean water and let it run.
3 - Fill the solution tank halfway, turn on the spraying system and operate all manual and
electronic valves in order to clean the system and hoses. Drain the water through the spraying
nozzles, following daily cleaning steps 2, 3 and 4.
4 - Fill the solution tank with clean water and approximately 1 lb. (0.45 kg) of detergent for every
20 gallons (76 liters) of water. Turn on the solution pump to circulate the solution for 30 minutes.
Operate all spraying valves again. Drain the water through the spraying nozzles, following daily
cleaning steps 2, 3 and 4.
6 - Fill the solution tank with clean water and drain again.
IMPORTANT: If the solenoid valves need to be cleaned and unblocked, use only the cleaning and
service kit that comes with the machine.
The process of dismantling the ExactApply™ turret should only be performed in specific
cases (Cleaning, checking and replacing of solenoids), requiring care because they contain
sensitive parts.
Use of the cleaning and service kit that comes with the machine is indispensable during the
procedure. Use of any tool other than those found in the Kit could cause damage to the turret
components.
The Kit consists of:
1 – Calibrated Tachometer;
2 – Replacement solenoids;
3 – Pins, screws, nuts and clamps;
4 – Solenoid fixation bracket;
5 – Cleaning brush;
6 – Hook.
IMPORTANT: Before starting to dismantle, relieve the pressure from the solution system.
24
1
Start of dismantling procedure:
If the turret is installed on the machine, the first step before starting to dismantle is to make
sure that the contact switch is in off position.
Then disconnect the wiring harness from the turret to be dismantled, lifting the locking pin
(red) and pressing the snap lock.
Turret components should be dismantled in a clean location with good visibility. Use the
hook (6) as preferred support tool.
IMPORTANT: Always wear recommended PPE for handling ExactApply™ towers contaminated
with chemicals, such as: globes and respiratory mask.
Nozzle holder
To dismantle the nozzle holder, the “U” pin located on the bottom of the LED base needs
to be removed. Press its end and pull it with the aid of the hook until it disengages.
25
1
Coil
Start dismantling the coil by removing pin “R” which connects and locks the coil + solenoid
assembly. Press your thumb on the turret body and pull the pin with the help of the index finger.
Then hold the body of the turret and pull the Coil with rotating movements.
IMPORTANT: Abrupt movements when removing the coil can damage the valve internally.
Solenoid Valve
As soon as you remove the coil, repeat the same movements to remove the valve.
26
1
The valve should be dismantled using the bracket (4), calibrated tachometer (1) and hook (6) found
in the Service kit.
IMPORTANT: Check the retaining ring present at the valve seat. Its dilation causes fitting difficulty
in the assembly process. Don’t leave it out of the original position.
Among the turret components, these two items require greater attention because they are
small-sized wear parts.
Remove the plunger and spring with the aid of the hook. Pay attention, because these two items
are susceptible to loss if maintenance is performed in an inappropriate location.
27
1
Assembly
The turret body assembly process should follow the same recommendations as
dismantling. Always pay attention to smaller and sensitive parts.
Make sure all valve sealing rings and components are fitted into their proper places and, when
twisting the valve seat on the rod, just apply force until you hear the first click, which is equivalent
to 0.6 N.m.

TROUBLESHOOTING
ExactApply™
• Pulse mode works with fixed application pressure, varying the pulse width from the nozzle
holder according to the speed. However, when the pulse width reaches the maximum limit
with the increase in speed, the system increases the pressure to maintain the application
rate.
• The same thing happens at low speeds. When the pulsing reaches the minimum limit, the
system reduces the pressure.
• The right choice of tip and pressure size for pulse mode must take into account the following
factors: the average application speed must coincide with a pulse width of 75%. As such,
the speed can be increased and reduced during application, maintaining the target
pressure.
• In auto-select mode, each stage (A, B and A+B) operates with restricted pressure ranges.
These pressure ranges are defined according to the desired droplet size.
• However, for proper operation in this mode, the speed ranges for each stage, resulting from
the chosen pressures, must have a small overlap.
• If this overlap is not respected, the system will exit these selected pressure ranges in order
to maintain the application rate.
• When this problem occurs, the system will display the message: “The minimum and
maximum pressure range will be exceeded” on the “Automatic mode configuration” menu.
• To correct the problem, pressures should be adjusted so that the speed ranges overlap.
• The most technological features of the ExactApply™ system, such as pulse and auto-
select, are made to operate with application TARGET-RATE.
• However, when application TARGET-PRESSURE is selected on the armrest buttons, the
system does not allow pulse and auto-select modes to be enabled.
• The simple change to TARGET RATE restores all configuration possibilities.
29
1
5) Electrical failures in ExactApply™ towers
• On the left side of the sprayer, just above the eductor, there is a fuse and relay box
pertaining to the power line for all boom nozzle holders.
• In the event of failure in the nozzle holder, a visual inspection of this fuse box should be
performed.
• The nozzle holder LEDs help to indicate those with electrical failures.
• When the spray type does not apply when engaged, or does not stop when spraying is
disabled, the valve plunger for the nozzle holder may be blocked by impurities.
• To resolve the problem, the valve dismantling and component cleaning procedure needs
to be performed.
• When the system presents leakage at the side towers, the internal patches of the nozzle
holder should be replaced.
• For leakage around the solenoid, the O-ring for the valve seat must be replaced.
30
1
Sprayer
• Spraying pressure off is the pressure assumed by the system when the sprayer performs
header maneuvers with spraying off, keeping the agitation running.
• When this pressure is too high in relation to the machine’s average pressure during
application, this causes a pressure peak in the boom when spraying is resumed.
• To solve this problem, reduce “Spraying Pressure Off” to a value that does not cause the
pressure peak and still maintains agitation performance.
• The agitation system is driven by a solenoid valve, which in turn is engaged with a button
located on the armrest.
• Next to this electro-valve is a manual valve. Through gradual closure of this manual valve,
the agitation level can be reduced, thus reducing the amount of foam.
• During filling using the eductor, products should not be sucked with the bottom of the
eductor dry.
• For the correct supply, the lateral nozzles of the eductor must be engaged and the suction
level must be controlled in order to maintain a water level at the bottom of the eductor.
