1. Define stakeholders – Stakeholders are individuals, groups, or entities that
have an interest or concern in a particular project, organization, or system.
They can be directly or indirectly affected by the outcomes or activities related
to the project and may include individuals such as employees, customers,
investors, suppliers, government agencies, and the community at large.
Stakeholders often have varying levels of influence and involvement in the
decision-making processes and can significantly impact the success or failure
of the project.

2. Gantt Chart – what is the use of the Gantt Chart - a visual representation
in the form of a bar chart that simplifies the presentation of a project schedule.
Essentially, it provides a straightforward means of viewing all the stages or
steps of a project through a graphical representation using bars.
3. Project schedule is – a timeline that displays the initiation and completion
dates of all project tasks, outlining the interconnections between these tasks.
Additionally, it typically indicates the specific team members or resources
accountable for the task delivery.
4. Name support plans mentioned in ppt2- Human resource plan,
Communications plan, Risk management plan.
5. SWOT is used to assess projects or companies by examining their strengths
and weaknesses, as well as identifying potential opportunities and threats that
may impact the project in the future.
