Duties and Responsibilities

The academic immersion in the University of Luzon – NSTP 12, UL ~ CEA

~ College of Engineering and Architecture NSTP Saturday (2:00 PM-5:00 PM)
has a divergent perspective and advocacy about rules and regulations to make
this project to be victorious and successful by its way. With the help, support,
and cooperation of the students who are the initiator and implementers of this
project, we can make it possible we hereby manifest the good result of this
project. Duties and responsibilities are displayed and presented as follows.

Project Manager – In terms of responsibility in the context of managing,

planning, executing tasks given, and controlling all aspects of the project, this
role defines those duties and responsibilities of a leader and a commander.

Project Review Committee (PRC) – These are the people or the members who
are responsible for reviewing and providing feedback about our project itself.

 Team Moderator/Auditor – These members were responsible for

ensuring that the project's financial factors are under control and the
project’s function as well. Moreover, the audit team helps management
achieve their goals by assessing the risk and management environment,
also they check and confirming the accuracy of the financial document.
 Project Advertisers – In the context of publicity, these people must
advertise and promote our project and define to the people the meaning
and how will it help the community. It also helps them know about their
competitors and plan their course of action according to the level of
competition that exists in the market.
 Project Analyst – It studies the pieces of information and develops the
perception and understanding of the project to ensure that the subject
and context of the project that is being implicated are being understood
by the department and the committee. Moreover, they are responsible for
investigating, collecting, and analyzing data for the strategic decision-
making process of new project development

a. Length of Implementation
MARCH 5, 2022 – Making of Project Proposal.
MAY 14, 2022 – Turn over of the Project to the Chosen Community.
University of Luzon College of Engineering and Architecture NSTP Saturday
2:00-5:00 pm class started making the project proposal with the supervision of
the project leaders on March 5, 2022. The merged class conducted a meeting
for brainstorming to gather ideas from each student. Wherein on March 19, the
proposal that was made was shown to Mr. Jharam A. Tolentino for the project’s
revisions. The remaining days of the said timeframe were made to revise
information written and documented on the project, add more ideas, and also
in having detailed and well-showed ideas.
