**Sales Development Representative**

**Job Overview:**
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for generating
and qualifying leads for the sales team. Your primary objective will be to identify
potential customers, nurture relationships, and schedule meetings for the sales
team to close deals.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to generate
new leads.
2. Qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of customer needs.
3. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation.
5. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and
qualification.

**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience in sales or customer service role preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
