Exclusivity for SRM Tech Inc

I, _____________________ authorize SRM Tech Inc as my sole representation for submitting my

resume for the position ___________________to ________________ (Client), _______________
(Location). SRM Tech Inc will submit my RESUME to its Client / End Client
_______________________(Client), _______________(Location) for a contract position.

I agree that I will contract exclusively with SRM Tech Inc, for the position submitted and will not
directly or indirectly submit to the same Client.
I have not and will not give any entity, firm and/or agency the right to submit my qualifications or
represent myself in any way for this specified position to the specified client.

Note: Rates once confirmed are non-negotiable after confirmation

By signing this RTR document I accept the mentioned hourly rate with payment terms.
I understand that this rate and payments will be non-negotiable during the term of the contract.
I understand that the rate is confidential information between you and SRM Tech Inc, and it should
not to be disclosed to the client or any other party.

After the offer is made for the project within 48 hours of the interview, I will not back out due to any
reason. If I do, I am liable for being penalized for breaching the contract for an amount which would
be determined by our attorneys.

Exposure to Projects: In order to assess the fit between Consultant's skill sets and SRM Tech Inc,
client requirement, SRM Tech Inc, will establish communication between Consultant and SRM Tech
Inc’s client/ end client.
At all times the Consultant will represent SRM Tech Inc. Also, you agree that you will not present any
issues with the client / end client directly.

All such issues will be addressed thru SRM Tech Inc.
