Fishfolk (use Eelfolk from DURF)
Led by the slippery Aberforth Scalington,
fishfolk recently set up the resort on the
island as a way to attract tourists to the
island. Their real plan? A sacrifice into the
volcano to open up a gate to the Infernal
Plane of Fire used to prison their god,
Sargusto, next full moon.

As his cover job Aberforth
acts as the jovial daytime
manager/receptionist
welcoming the PCs. If the PCs encounter him
at night, he might be wearing his priestly
robes. He will pretend it’s his regular
sleeping dress. He might suggest a trip to the
volcano at the next full moon.
Captain Fitzwilliam O’Crabbs
All this ruckus is not what Fitzwilliam
Blood
O’Crabbs came to the island for. The zombie
pirate captain was hoping for a nice peaceful
retirement from his plundering days on this
tranquil, tropical atoll.

He needs help gathering his old crew that’s
scattered all over the island, so he can stop
the fishfolk.
Fitzwilliam can usually be found hanging
out in front of his surf shack drinking a

cocktail. Although he owns a number of
surfboards, nobody’s ever seen him riding
the waves.
