Residing at Bheetar Bazar, Jawaharganj ward sagar M.P. 470002. Do hereby Declared and solemn
affirmation as under.

That, I h a v e passed my B. Com in the year 2021 From (Institute) Gyanveer College &
(University) Dr. H.S. Gaur Central University Sagar and now I am seeking admission in PGDM
course in June 2023 in Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership & Excellence Wagholi, Pune.

That there is a GAP in my studies from 2021 to 2023 and during this GAPperiod I do not
join any college/University/Institute for my further studies, however this affidavit is made in
order to confirm the above facts so as to submit this gap affidavit to theconcerned authorities to
pursue my further studies.
