Describe the specific function of each module.
Sales - Sales are activities related to selling or the number of goods sold in a given targeted time
period. It contains CRM, Sales, Invoice, Point of Sale, Sign, etc.
Operations - The outcome of business operations is the harvesting of value from assets owned
by a business. Assets can be either physical or intangible. It contains Accounting, Consolidation,
Project, Timesheets, Helpdesk, etc.
Manufacturing - Manufacturing is the production of goods through the use of labor, machines,
tools, and chemical or biological processing or formulation. It contains Manufacturing, PLM,
Maintenance, Quality, Repair.
Website - A website is a collection of web pages and related content that is identified by a
common domain name and published on at least one web server. It contains Website,
eCommerce, Blog, Forum, eLearning, and Live Chat.
Marketing - Marketing refers to activities a company undertakes to promote the buying or
selling of a product, service, or good. It contains Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Marketing
