Hypertension is an abnormal increase in blood pressure continuously for more

than one period, with the incidence of hypertension increasing from 650 million to
1.28 billion in the last thirty years in 2022 and is expected to increase. The method
used in this research is quasy experimental. The population used in this study was all
hypertension in Sidomulyo, Malang Regency. The sampling technique used is
stratified random sampling technique. The results of the study were obtained before
being given treatment for grade 1 hypertension 26%, and after being given therapy the
majority of the intervention group had a decrease in blood pressure to normal blood
pressure and the majority in the control group there were no significant changes.
Analysis The Kruskall Wallis test showed an effective therapeutic result on day 6 of
0.051 with a percentage of effectiveness. The results of this study can be said that the
combination therapy of warm water foot soaks and rosa centifolia aromatherapy is
effective in reducing blood pressure in hypertension patients in Sidomulyo.
