down walls, and unites diverse souls in the common tapestry of our shared humanity."
I am writing this letter to inform you that my class in Oral Communication in Grade 11-Silver
(HUMSS B) will conduct a speech presentation as our culminating activity and as part of the learner’s
final assessment and performance task for the final term in 1 st Semester S.Y. 2023-2024. The 3-day
activity will start on January 16-18, 2023.
With regards to the final output of my learners, it is indicated in our syllabus that in the end of
the coursework, the learners are expected to proficiently deliver a memorized speech using the
principles of effective speech. Moreover, they will be able to experience being a speaker inside the
class and appreciate the importance of communication by inspiring others to speak in a large crowd.
Attached also in this letter are the rubric for manuscript & speech delivery and the group
schedule of learners during the presentation. I hope for your approval and support regarding this
activity.

We are writing to formally request permission to conduct an awarding ceremony as a culminating

activity in our subject 21st Century Literature from the Philippines and the World. The activity will be
held in our School Covered Court on January 18, 2024 at 1:00-4:00 in the afternoon. The purpose of
this activity is to recognize and celebrate the outstanding achievements of Grade 11 learners who
persevere and dedicate their authentic craft as part of their final school requirement.

Our culminating activity, has a longstanding commitment to acknowledging excellence and

dedication. We believe that this activity will provide a meaningful and inspiring environment for the
honorees, their families, and our community. The activity will include awarding of outstanding short
film makers, presentations, and other special performances. We anticipate that the event will last
approximately three (3) hours and we would like to invite the classroom advisers of Grade 11
curriculum to support their learners.

We assure you that we will adhere to all necessary procedures to ensure the smooth and respectful
conduct of the activity. We are committed to maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the venue,
and we will coordinate with our program committees to ensure the success of this activity.
