INSTRUCTIONS
PREPARE MEAT
1. Wash goat meat and cow meat (or meat of choice) and place it into a pot.
2. Season the meat with salt, pepper, onions and 2 Maggi cubes. Place on
fire and boil till soft.
3. Soak dry fish in hot water for 5 minutes to soften it wash with salt to
remove dirt and sand.

PREPARE VEGETABLES
1. While meat is boiling, pound your okazi leaf with a mortar, if you have not
already blended it at the market.
2. Wash your waterleaf as many times as possible to expel sand and then
chop it.
