 ~WHY GOKARNA?~
A more “chilled-out” version of Goa, Gokarna has the beauty
of Goa without the hustle and bustle of it.
The temple town has something to offer for every traveller.
From Mahabaleshwara temple to the pristine beaches,
Gokarna is the epitome of beauty, spirituality and tranquillity.
Every year thousands of devotees travel to this small town to
pay obeisance to Lord Shiva. However, lately, Gokarna has
become popular among backpackers and travellers too.
Looking to spend some quiet quality time by the sea,
travellers who come here fall in love with the rustic and laid-
back nature of this beach town.

Gokarna has been like a second home to Trekkers Tribe, we've

been there for more than 15 times now, curating only the best
experience for you guys!
 ~DETAILED ITINERARY~
DAY 1: TRAIN JOURNEY

Meet and greet your fellow Gokarna backpackers and your trip buddy in
the train.
We board the train- 12133 Mengaluru Express which arrives at 10:02 PM
CSMT/ 10:42 PM Thane/ 11:22 PM Panvel and have a journey full of ice
breaking games and fun.
OR

We Board Dadar Ten Express 22629 which arries at 08:40 PM Dadar /

09:04 PM Thane / 09:55 PM Panvel.
 DAY 2: HONNAVAR BACKWATERS & MURUDESHWAR

Reach Kumta Railway Station around 11 AM, have lunch.

Leave for Murdeshwar, freshen up & then visit the World's Second Largest
Shiva Statue. Explore around.
Experience Kerala style Backwater Boating in Sharavati River with a
mesmerizing view of sunset!
Later it’s time to hit the Beach as we head to Gokarna!!
Have dinner in the shacks and just lay around looking at the endless skies
& listen to lots of stories, sing it out loud to have your one-of-a-kind
Experience.
Back to our Stay for a Good Night Sleep :p MEALS: LUNCH
 DAY 3: BEACH TREK

Belekon beach- Paradise Beach- Half Moon Beach- Om Beach

After Breakfast we leave for Belekon Beach.

Reach Belekon Beach & get ready to experience the Beach Trek
covering Paradise, Half-Moon & Om Beach.
Take time to explore the beaches as you are amused by the beauty of
it since the Paradise and Half Moon Beach can only be accesible via
the trek route and not by road.
Get a Late Lunch at Om Beach at our Favorite Cafe & Enjoy your time
with newly made friends at Om Beach.
You can indulge into a few Water Activities at Om Beach at your own
cost.

Sit back & relax till you experience yet another Sunset which Gokarna’s
Beautiful Beach has to offer :D
Evening is free for you to explore the Gokarna market and visit the
Mahableshwar Temple which will be around 10-15 minutes away from our
stay. Be a tourist for this evening ;p
MEALS: BREAKFAST, DINNER
 DAY 4: YANA CAVES, VIBHUTI FALLS

Have breakfast then checkout, today we leave for a visit to Yana

Caves and Vibhuti Falls.
Yana Caves- A stunning sight awaits you: The awesome
Bhairaveshwara and Jaganmohini shikharas (or peaks). A cave temple
dedicated to Lord Shiva lies below these shikharas.
After a short 15 minutes hike, we reach up to this beautiful and calm
Vibhuti Falls, take a dip in water or just chill by the bank.
Later, freshen up and leave for Kumta Railway Station.
Board the train at 8:00 PM and proceed towards Mumbai.

MEALS: BREAKFAST

DAY 5: BACK TO MUMBAI!

Back to home with tons of memories, pictures to look back at and all the
fun experiences that we've had in the Chhota Packet Bada Dhamaka Trip :p

Return timings: 08:27 AM Panvel, 09:23 AM Thane/ 10:00 AM CSMT

CANCELLATION POLICY:
THE REGISTRATION FEE IS NON- REFUNDABLE.
 ~NOTES~
Do NOT carry Suitcases or heavy luggage, a good Backpack is recommended and
would be comfortable to carry.
It's a Backpacking Trip and not a Luxury Trip, the Trip will be on a decent comfort basis
& not luxury and this is how we would be fully able to taste the culture of Backpacking.
For Day 2 Dinner & Day 3 Lunch we will try out One of the Famous & Best Café’s in
Gokarna which is self-sponsored & you can have whatsoever you wish to. (Budget
around 100-150 per meal)
Early check-in is subject to availability. Though 2 Rooms will be given to freshen up &
change.
Washrooms & Bathrooms will be available for use after checkout.
The Schedule can be changed on the spot by the Trip leader according to the
circumstances & convenience.
Any cost arising out of any event beyond our control, like, strike, bandh, riot, train
cancellation, flight cancellation, mechanical breakdown, natural calamity like heavy
rains, landslide, snowfall, earthquake, will be directly borne by the guest.
Trekkers Tribe won’t be responsible in case any sightseeing/activity gets cancelled due
to any natural calamities or man-made incidents.
Train ticket bookings usually start 4 months before the departure dates, so there are
chances the tickets will be RAC/ Waiting. Ig you book the tour late, please check the
ticket status with us at the time of booking, you might have to pay a bit extra to get a
confirm seat (Tatkal)
