In current role, , I am leading Risk and Finance Data Services(RFDS) within
Enterprise Functions Technology at Wells Fargo. RFDS is responsible for
providing Risk Managment specific data for all Risk Portfolios within Wells
Fargo.
RFDS caters critical and time sensitive data for analytics, risk measurements
and risk reporting. RFDS platform is key central system for Corporate Risk
within Wells Fargo.

RFDS comprises of Platform and Engineering team, DevOps team, Framework
Team and several delivery teams. Delivery teams align to respective areas
of risk such as Operational Risk, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Climate Risk etc
while former three teams provide horizontal function cutting across risk specific
delivery teams, risk data consumers and risk stakeholders.

I have spearheaded RFDS Migration from legacy platform to Big Data

Based Cloudera-Hortonworks platform. It was a time bound migration that
I accomplished with the help of all the risk stake holders viz. tenants,
application owners, consumers, framework team, devops team, platform &
engineering team and support team. My role was to ensure whole migration
goes smoothly and timelines are met. In this migration, though not limited to
below, my role was below:

1. Architecting target state for RFDS Platform keeping architects, business and
tech stakeholders in sync.
2. Co-ordinating with all the application stake holders.
3. Co-ordinating with all the tenants on the platform.
4. Identifying and co-ordinating with all data consumers.
5. Keeping App, BAU and DevOps Team in sync.
6. Preparing migration timeline and ensuring all stakeholder adhere to timeline.
7. Ensuring that all jobs/environment are tracked and migrated.
8. Removing blockers, facilitating smooth migration via regular connects.
9. Keeping everyone informed via regular updates.
10. Owning anything that finds no owner and ensuring that gets to intended
final state.
