 Working at height - Use of approved Ladders; wide working pla tforms; Scaffold Erection (ensure the set-up done by
qualified person)
 Lock-out / Tag-out should be done for all electrical equipment wherever required.
 Safety for Hazardous chemical / flammable liquids should be used with relevant controls as per the MSDS
requirements.
 Systems / lines / pipes to be purged / cleaned or flushed before work are carried out.
 No smoking / naked lights signs will be displayed at work areas requiring it.
 Contractor must keep the access permit visible at the front area for security checking.
 Contractor should ensure that NO material or rubbish visible to the common area to avoid violation & removed
regularly to maintain the environment.
 Contractor must ensure that the front villa is covered / cordon off all time during the work to avoid violation.
 Ensure adequate PPE’s to be worn at all times while working in the villas.
 Strictly activities should be carried out as per the defined scope.
 Contractor Vehicles to be parked in the designated areas.
 Contractor vehicle must follow the community / cluster speed limits & security requirements.

 After completion of the activity (or) any changes the activity to be stopped & permit to be returned to the issuing
authority.
 Hot Work Activity: Trained person to carry out the hot work, Surrounding area to be free from combusti ble /
flammable materials, hot work tools / equipment to be in good condition without any damages, Fire watch should
standby with required fire extinguishers, hot work area to be monitored for 30 minutes after completion of the
activity.

By Virtue of this letter of authority, the O wner/tenant undertakes to acknowledge and confirm that his authorized contractor
will abide by all rules and regulations of the Community. He undertakes to confirm that he will not hold the Master
Community Management or any of its Entity responsible for any theft, loss and damage to his property as a result of the
contractors’ access to his property.

Los s of Access Card will be charged at AED 200 and must be repor ted to the Master Community Management immediately.
