Nayax LAN - IP Whitelisting Info 2021
LAN Network Cable providing a Dynamic IP address over a DHCP Server will ensure Plug and Play.
If you wish you wish you use Static IP’s then Nayax will need the following information to send to the device:
IP Address:
Ethernet Gateway Address:
DNS 1 Address:
Ethernet Subnet Mask:
*We will need to connect to the Device first to send this info BEFORE it can be used. (SIM or Dynamic, on site or before install)
As Nayax grows and new services are added to our platform, those services are assigned IP addresses for inbound and
outbound communication.
The best practice is to approve the full range of IPs and Subnets owned by Nayax that is available in the table
below*.
Failing to follow the best practice could cause service disruptions and inconsistencies.
Notice:
For Japanese customers - an additional IP is required to be whitelisted for both inbound and outbound
communication. The JP site’s IP: 52.198.70.228.
Ports:
9000 (TCP) - outgoing

26520 – outbound
