RATIONALE

Junior high school is a formative period for students' behavioral development.Discipline policies
can influence how students perceive authority, conflict resolution, and responsibility, which in turn can
shape their behavior both inside and outside the classroom. Junior high school is a pivotal stage for
students' academic development. Educational strategies and support systems can significantly impact how
students perceive learning, study habits, and goalsetting, influencing their academic development both
within the classroom and in various educational settings.

student of Our Lady of the Angels Academy, Inc.
