purposes will not need to be obtained from me.

5. I consent that HUFLIT TARI can use specific methods to check and
investigate my academic integrity at any time throughout the course for
quality assurance purposes.

6. I confirm that all Self-checks, Tests, Tasks, Surveys and Forms in the course
will be completed and submitted by myself without help from other people.

7. I confirm that I have read and agree with all policies about Academic
Integrity and Cheating as stated in the Appendix in page 2 of this consent
form.

8. I consent that HUFLIT TARI and INTESOL Worldwide can make decisions
on my course including result cancellation and course termination should I
cheat or have academic dishonesty actions in this course.

9. I understand that the course that I am studying is to last for 12 weeks. If I

complete the course after the deadline, I will not receive the certificate as
scheduled.
