The instructor for this course was well prepared for class.
From the start, he explained the course Human Resource
Management clearly. He inspired interest in the subject
Instructor matter of this course. He used class time well and always
cleared up points of confusion. I received useful feedbacks
on my submitted course requirements. Overall, the
instructor is excellent.
The lectures, readings and assignments on human resource
management given by the instructor complemented each
other. Thus, increased my knowledge and skills in the
Course Materials subject matter. It covered a wide range of topics, including
recruitment, training, performance management, and
compensation. The assigned readings and lectures were
valuable and appropriate to the actual and present situation
as a teacher.
The course was well-organized and delivered
effectively. The course followed the syllabus provided. The
Course Structure and Delivery course environment felt like a welcoming place to express
my own ideas. The instructor provided more opportunities
for group work and collaboration.
Online modality will be best attained through the help of
constant reading to have wide ideas. That’s how I view this
entire duration of the course.
In our session, we shared different and common
things on terms of our teaching-learning processes,
exchanging of ideas during zoom meeting is enjoyable, I
can learn from others answers. Learning through virtual
process is an avenue for new experience. Even posting

course. One is that it gives emphasis on improving my
skills in handling Human Resource Management Issues. I
just realized from my journey that I already possess the
other skills in developing HRM skills that made me
confident taking other subjects in this program.
Our learning was fairly assessed. Individual and group
assignments were a fair assessment of my knowledge of
the course material and I am proud of my outputs done on
time.
I have learned so much and overcome a lot of fears in
this course. I'm really glad, I signed up.
