BOOKLET:

A brochure is an educational material (usually used for advertising) that can be folded into a template,
pamphlet, or pamphlet. The brochure is usually compiled and includes only a brief overview with
promotional characters.

7CS COMMUNICATION:

7 C's of Communication is a checklist that helps develop the skills of communication professionals and
increase the chance that the message is understood exactly the way it was intended.

DELETE:

The message should be clear and understandable to the recipient. The purpose of the communication
should be clear to the sender and only the recipient will be sure of it. Do not try to communicate
multiple items in one message. This will reduce the student's attention.

EXAMPLE:

Stage 1 consists of three groups; group1, group2, group 3 based on age group category 2 people aged
16-60, and category 3 is for people aged 16+ years.

OK:
The message must be correct which means the correct language must be used and the sender must
ensure that there are no grammatical and spelling errors. The message should be clear and well-
organized. The right message has a huge impact on the recipient. You need to make sure the student
has enough knowledge to understand the technical terms.

EXAMPLE:

So the right strategy to reduce future deaths is to give goals to the adult group first.

END:

The complete message will contain all the information the reader needs to be able to respond or take
action. In the full message it should include all the relevant details as required by the intended audience.

EXAMPLE:

If you do not have your record you will be given a paper record of your first vaccination which must be
delivered in your second injection every three weeks.

SERVICE:

Integrity is a quality that should stand out especially during marketing or advertising campaigns. All facts
and figures must be clearly stated in the message to confirm whatever the sender says.

EXAMPLE:

Travelers who complete the vaccination course and are tested will be released from detention. This is
given to other residents of their home who have been vaccinated.

SHORT:

The message should be clear and to the point. The sender should avoid long sentences and try to convey
the topic in the smallest words they can use. Summary means the formation of words, that is, talking
about what you want to convey in terms of possible words.

EXAMPLE:

The first batch of vaccines to arrive in the Cayman Islands will appear in the UK via the Commonwealth
office and foreign development free of charge on Cayman Island.

COHERENT:

Your message requires a reasonable flow. All sentences in your email or message should be linked to the
previous one and stick to the main topic. Without coherence, the reader will easily lose track of what
you have passed. If your communication is consistent, it makes sense.

EXAMPLE:

Current evidence strongly suggests that the increased risk of death due to covid-19 to increase the risk
of age also increases significantly with age.
HELP:

Respect in the message means that the message must reflect the sender's speech and you must also
respect the recipient. Respect means considering both the ideas and feelings of the recipient of the
message. A polite message is good and focused on the audience.

EXAMPLE:

Those involved in hospitality management will be screened for covid-19 from time to time.

TECHNICAL WRITING:

Typical writing is an audience-focused communication approach that provides clear and easy access to
information. When an author writes about a topic that needs guidance, instruction or explanation.

DESCRIPTION:

Clarification means saying what you have to say in a systematic way. Many writers who have something
to say and who organize their material in a logical way still have trouble making their writings clear to
the reader.

ACCURATE:

Technical writing must be accurate. Accuracy causes the document to be anything from annoying to
dangerous. Accuracy refers to the fact and the variety of statements given as well.

ACCESS:
It means that students can easily find the information they want. Access means users' ability to search,
find, download, and understand complex communications.

ACCESS:

To be short means to use only the required number of words to describe a concept. Summary prevents
confusion by deleting words and saves time by shortening the document for easy reading.

AUDIENCE PROVISION:

Your audience is the intended reader, or who you are writing to.
