Horizontal adjustment Slacken screws 6 Insert spacer plates 7 (available in thicknesses of 0.2 and 0.3 mm) between guide rail 8 and support 9 until support bars 2 are resting against setting gauges 617 952 000, Note: The setting with the setting gauges gives a distance of 1.5 mm from the reed. If you need a bigger distance, insert correspond- ingly fewer spacer plates Do not tighten screws 6 until the vertical adjustment has been carried out, Vertical adjustment Lift guide rail 8 unil support bars 2 are touching gauges 617 952 000. Temporarily tighten screws 6 Check horizontal and vertical adjustment over the entire width, repeat if necessary, Tighten screws 6. When reducing the weaving width, the settings of chapters 532, 533 and 544 should be carried out after those of the cloth support.
