A not very common sport in Peru]

A: Hello Jhon, good evening.

B: Hi Abigail, good night.

A: Do you know which sport is less common in Peru?

B: Ice hockey is a sport.

A: How many players are there? I had never heard of this sport in Peru.

B: It is played between 2 teams of 6 players with skates on an ice rink. And in Peru it is
not normal to play this sport, they only focus on soccer.

A: How do you get points in sport? Sadly, it is the reality of Peru.

B: Skaters must target a rubber puck with a long stick to try to score on the opponent’s
goal. In the end, the team that has scored the most goals wins.

A: Interesting Jhon, why do you think this sport is not very

common in Peru?

B: It is not common in Peru, considered very boring because it is from abroad, its origin
is Montreal Canada, and they are played in most of the neighboring countries.

A: Do you think that Peru will ever consider this sport?

B: Yes, I think that Peru can contribute a lot to this sport, we have good places in the
mountains to practice the sport.

A: And what other sports are not common in Peru?

B: There is Snowboarding, mushing, Curling which are also sports on ice.

A: That sounds great Jhon, then we continue talking about sports.

B: Okay Abigail, see you later.
