Good morning Finbar

I hope you had a good Christmas and New Year.

I refer to our previous correspondence and would like to keep you informed of our
progress.

I have now received the Grant of Probate and am arranging for the monies in your
late fathers accounts to
be forwarded to ourselves. Once in receipt of the monies I will then arrange for
all outstanding utility bills to be paid up to date.

I also confirm that I have spoken with your Uncle, Benedict, as I understand he
helps you with your finances and property.

I understand that he was going to have a chat with you regarding your late fathers
property in that it may be wise if
the property was sold. In the event that you wish to keep the property on and
maybe rent the property out, you will be
solely responsible for any repairs and all insurances. You may wish to speak to an
Accountant too as rental accounts and
tax returns will have to be prepared yearly for the Inland Revenue.

In the meantime, your father registered a Lease in favour of your grandmother on

the property. I will have to arrange
for the Lease to be removed from the property deeds in order that the property can
then be either registered into your
sole name or make the necessary arrangements for the property to be sold.

You may recall from our previous conversations that your father was in receipt of a
pension from your late Mothers
employment as a Teacher and that I was going to arrange for the paperwork to be
signed by your Doctor when you confirmed
the name and address to me. It may be that the form can be completed by your Uncle
Benedict. If so, can you get him to
give me a call in order that I can discuss same with him.

I look forward to hearing from you in due course.

Kind regards,
Angela Meecham
