Sub.:- Legal notice under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act.

Sir,

My Client, MR. ALPESH LALWANI resident at 19/7, SHANTI NAGAR NEW DELHI
– 110007 have placed in my hands your the cheque No. 195725 dated 04.11.2023 for an
amount of Rs. 12,50,000/- (Rs. Twelve Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) drawn on the Central
Bank, Chandni Chowk Branch, Delhi – 110006 branch, was issued by you in lieu of
discharge of your financial liabilities to us.

The said cheque was presented for payment but the same has been returned by your bank
with the endorsement Section 56 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The Bank has
informed us through their cheque return memo dated 20.12.2023 .

You are now requested to make the payment of the above said amount immediately in
accordance with the provisions of section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act failing which
we will initiate criminal proceedings against you as contemplated under the above said
section.
