1. PREAMBLE
Avantha Technologies (“The Company”) is committed to ensure that its business is conducted, in
all respects and all the times, according to rigorous ethical, professional and legal standards. We
are committed to create a workplace, at all of its working locations, that, all the times, is free from

2. Purpose
This “Code of Conduct” has been formulated in order to foster and maintain Employee trust and
confidence in the professionalism and the integrity of the Employees of the Company by ensuring
that all Employees adhere to appropriate standards of conduct as set out in this Code of Conduct
that maintains and enhances the reputation of the Company.
This Code of Conduct aims to provide guidance to all Employees of the Company on how and in
which manner should the conduct of Employees be when they are undertaking business on behalf
of the Company.
The circumstances of conducts as set out below in this Code of Conduct are intended to cover those
situations, which are most likely perceived to be encountered by Employees. In case any Employee
encounters any circumstance, which is not covered hereunder or in case of any doubt, Employees
should seek guidance from the Reporting Manager/Reviewing Manager and/or from the Human
Resource Department and act accordingly.
A breach of Code of Conduct result in disciplinary action against the Employee concerned including,
potential dismissal or termination of employment or any other legal action as may be available with
the Company or all of the above together.

4. Code of Conduct coverage


This Code of Conduct applies to all the Employees of the Company. Employee shall mean all
individuals on full- time or part-time employment with the Company, with permanent,
probationary, trainee, and retainer, temporary or contractual appointment.
The Company also expects its managers to lead by example and perform their duties in accordance
with this Code of Conduct and ensure that the content of this is communicated to all persons
reporting to them.
Professionalism
The personal and professional behavior of Employees shall confirm to the standards expected of
person in their positions, which includes
Commitment to and adherence to professional standards in their work and in their
interactions with other Employees of the Company
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and honesty in their work
Adherence to ethical and legal standards to be maintained in business
Responsibility to support the Company in its efforts to create an open and mutually
supportive environment
Responsibility to share information and give willing assistance in furthering the goals and
objectives of the Company
A responsibility to ensure that there is no misrepresentation of facts. Wherever a
misunderstanding is thought to have taken place through unclear communications, this
should be corrected promptly.
Conflict of Interest
Each Employee is expected to avoid situations in which his or her financial or other personal
interests or dealings are, or may be, in conflict with the interests of the Company. Accordingly, the
Company expects its Employees to always act in the Company's interest.
Employees are advised not to engage in any other business, commercial or investment activity that
may conflict with their ability to perform their duties to the Company. Employees must also not
engage in any other activity (cultural, political, recreational, and social) which could reasonably
conflict with the Company's interests and interfere with the performance of their duties.
Employees must not use any Company's property, information or position, or opportunities arising
from these for personal gains or to compete with or to tarnish the image of the Company.
Employees should not engage in any business activity, which could be detrimental to, or in
competition with, the Company's any business activities.
All Employees must avoid situations in which their personal interest could conflict with the interest
of the Company. If, under any circumstance, Employees' personal interests' conflict with those of
the Company's', in all such cases the Employee must seek advice from his or her reporting/
reviewing manager or from senior management.
Confidentiality of Information
Employee may be entrusted with confidential information including Information security with
regards to the Company, its customers and suppliers. Employee must adhere to protection of
electronic information, Password sharing etc.
Employees must ensure that all confidential and internal information including but not limited to
customer information, contact information, financial information, physical security information, and
data are secured all the time. None of the above-mentioned information can be taken outside the
office premise/permissible devise or shared with unauthorized person.

CODE OF CONDUCT

All employees will be given access to various applications/systems/data points, secured via login ID
and password and will be accessing physical infrastructure via access control cards. It is mandatory
not to share any login credentials with anyone. All employees must read password protection policy
and adhere to the same. It is mandatory to access only those physical areas which are
allocated/allowed to employees via access cards and while accessing those areas, it is mandatory
to use access card to register date/time stamp at each access. Any breach on this may lead to
disciplinary action including ask to leave from the company.
Cell phones/pen/paper/Pen drive/any material to copy information, are not allowed on the floor,
unless with prior approvals. Any beach of this will result into disciplinary action.
Integrity of Financial Information
Employees have a responsibility to ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately and promptly,
and they must immediately report any known inaccuracies. Misrepresentations by Employees that
result from intentional acts that may conceal or obscure the true nature of a business transaction
are clear contraventions of this Code of Conduct.
Protection and Use of Company Property
All Employees of the Company are responsible for protecting and taking reasonable steps to
prevent the theft or misuse of, or damage to Company's assets, including all kinds of physical assets,
movable, immovable and tangible property, corporate information and intellectual property such as
copyrights, patents, trademarks and technology and intellectual property used in carrying out their
responsibilities. All Employees must use and maintain Company's property and resources efficiently
and with due care and diligence.
Acceptance of Gifts and Other Benefits
Employees should not give or accept gifts, entertainment, or any other personal benefit or privilege
that would in any way influence or appear to influence any business decision. Accepting money,
gifts, entertainment, loans or any other benefit or preferential treatment from any existing or
potential customer, supplier or business associate of the Company, is strictly prohibited, except
occasional gifts of modest value and entertainment on a modest scale as part of customary
business practice.
It is unacceptable to directly or indirectly offer, pay, solicit or accept any kind of inducements or
bribes. Any attempted transaction of this nature should be immediately reported to the Reporting
Manager/ HR representative. Under no circumstances will we approve any irregular payment or
payment in kind to win business, encourage others to act improperly or influence a decision in our
favor. Anyone found breaching for this will face disciplinary action and, if appropriate, criminal
proceedings.
Whole Time Employment - All Employees shall devote their time and their best efforts meeting
their Key business responsibility and may not without the prior written consent of the Company
(and subject to any terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Company) engage or be
interested in (whether directly or indirectly) in any other business, employment.
Harassment - Harassment means any behavior that offends someone, violates their dignity or
intimidates or humiliates them. The Company is committed to provide a work environment that is
free of inappropriate behavior of all kinds and harassment on account of age, physical disability,
marital status, race, religion, caste, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity. Employees are
responsible for supporting the Company in its endeavor to protect others from any form of such
harassments.
We have zero tolerance towards harassment, threat, or any violence against an employee, whether
by a colleague, third party or a member of the public. In the course of business conduct of any
Employee, wherever harassment occurs to any such Employee as a result of an act or omission by
any third party or outsider, the Company shall take all steps necessary and reasonable to assist
such affected Employee in terms of support and preventive action.

Alcohol & Substance Abuse


The use or possession of alcohol, illegal drugs, and other controlled substances in the workplace
and being under the influence of these substances on the job and during working hours is strictly
prohibited.
Fraud
Fraud or the act or intent to cheat, steal, deceive, Intentional acts of fraud are subject to strict
disciplinary action, including dismissal and possible civil and/or criminal action against the
concerned Employee. Some examples of Fraud include Submitting false expense reports,
Misappropriating assets or misusing Company's property, unauthorized handling or reporting of
transaction.
Compliance with Laws and Agreements
All Employees shall conduct business in compliance with all applicable laws.
Health, Safety and Environment
All Employees shall comply with the company health and safety norms as communicated to them
from time to time. Employees shall bring to the management's attention any workplace safety or
health hazard.
External Communication
It is important that we secure our reputation all the time. This is applicable when we communicate
with external world through various mediums including social media. Whenever there is critical
incidence, we must make every effort to get the facts right. All employees are advised to direct
any media query/queries regarding critical incidence to info@avanthatechnology.com or to the
official spokesperson of the company.
5. Misconduct and Non-Conformance with Code of Conduct

Non-observance of this Policy shall be construed as misconduct that could warrant disciplinary
action, including dismissal and termination of services. The decision in this regard will lie with the
Management, and HR dept. and shall be binding on the Employees.
The Company reserves the rights to amend / additions /deletions this Policy in whole or in part, at
any time without assigning any reason whatsoever. The Employees acknowledge that they will not
be personally advised of any such changes. The Employees are advised to check for any such
changes. The Employees hereby unconditionally agree to all such amend / additions /deletions.
It is a condition of employment that all Employees must always understand and adhere to the
Company's Code of Conduct and abide by the standards, requirements and procedures laid down
herein. They must commit to individual conduct in accordance with this Code of Conduct and observe
both, the spirit and the letter of the law in their dealings on Company's behalf. They should report
any suspected breach of this to their manager or HR representative.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

Your employment for Avantha Technologies India Private Limited (“Company” or “Avantha
Technologies”) will be governed by Company's policies, as modified, from time to time and at
Company’s sole discretion, upon notice to you. The terms and conditions contained herein ("Terms of
Employment") must be read in conjunction with Company policies. Any policy infraction will amount to
breach of your terms of employment and
may lead to termination of your services. These Terms of Employment and policies shall be subject to
modifications, from time to time, upon notice to you.

1. Probation
1. You shall be on probation for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days from the
effective start date of your employment with Company. Company may, in its sole discretion, at
any time extend this period of probation for an additional period up to sixty
(60) Calendar days upon notice to you.
2. Unless otherwise communicated to you by Company, the probation period shall expire one
hundred and eighty (180) calendar days after your effective start date, unless the probation
period is extended up to an additional sixty (60) calendar day period, in which case, the
probation period shall expire after a maximum of two hundred forty (240) calendar days
after your effective start date.
3. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, during first three months of your continuous
employment during your probation period, Company may terminate your employment at any
time without notice and without assigning any reason thereof.
2. Employee screening
1. You acknowledge and agree that Company has offered you employment based on the specific
information and records furnished by you or on your behalf. You will provide or arrange to
provide any information and/or grant any consent or permission required by Company and/or
its agents from time to time to verify any such information and/or records and/or perform
any background and/or reference checks. If, at any time, Company believes, at its sole
discretion, that there is a discrepancy or inaccuracy in or with respect to any information
furnished by you or on your behalf, including any information, documents or certificates
provided as a proof of your qualifications and experience, or if you fail to cooperate with
Company and/or its agents in conducting such verification and/or background and/or
reference checks, Company may, at its sole discretion, elect to terminate or suspend your
employment immediately
3. Duties
1. The roles, responsibilities and duties appropriate to your designation or your employment, will
be specified by Company from time to time. Company may at any time, in its sole discretion,
upon notice to you, alter or otherwise modify these roles, responsibilities and duties. Further,
at any time, you may be required to provide services, directly or indirectly, to Company and
its affiliates and their employees, contractors and clients.
2. You will devote your work time solely to the Company activities. You will not take on any
employment or work of any nature without the written consent of management of the
Company.
3. In case you are found taking up any other employment except mentioned permission, your
services shall be liable to be terminated without any notice and without assigning any
Further reason.
4. Hours of Work
1. You may be required to work on a shift basis. Shifts maybe scheduled across twenty-four
(24) Hours a day, seven (7) days a week and three hundred and sixty-five (365) days a year,
subject to applicable laws. Company may, at any time and in its sole discretion, change the shift
timings upon notice to you. You may be required to work up to 48 hours excluding break
on weekly basis and also to adhere the shift roaster as provided by the company on weekly
basis.
2. Out of business requirement, you may be required to work out of our client’s office/site.
During such a deployment, you will be required to align your daily hours and/ or regular work
week as per the client’s working norms.
5. Place of Employment
1. You acknowledge and agree that you may be assigned, transferred or deputed to offices,
departments or units of Company and/or its affiliates and/or their contractors and clients. In
the event of any such assignment, transfer or deputation, you may be required to
Consent to and/or agree to certain other agreements or policies applicable to such an
assignment, deputation or transfer.
5.2. In the event of any assignment, transfer or deputation of your services, your salary and other
benefits may be adjusted in accordance with Company’s policies with respect to such an
assignment, transfer or deputation.
6. Travel and Expenses
1. You may be required to travel in connection with your employment with Company upon short
notice to you. While traveling for work, your expenses and costs in connection with such travel
and any other expenses incurred by you during course of your employment will be reimbursed
in accordance with the travel and expense policy of Company.
7. Salary and Benefits
1. Your compensation will be reviewed on an annual basis and your salary may be revised
depending upon various factors, including your performance during the preceding
performance period.
2. Notwithstanding the above, you acknowledge that it is Company’s policy to review the
compensation payable to its employees and such compensation may be decided basis
employee and Company overall performance.
3. In addition to your salary, you may receive other benefits, as applicable under the
Company’s benefits or similar policies. Company may, upon notice to you, at any time and in
its discretion, amend, suspend, vary and modify any of the terms and conditions of these
benefits and/or policies. The compensation and/or benefits offered to you by the Company
may be prorated depending on your effective start or effective termination date.
4. Under applicable laws, you may be able to participate in schemes sponsored by the Govt
of India and any relevant state governments. On being covered under any of these schemes,
Company may, at any and its sole discretion, deduct from your salary, upon notice to you,
portion of any contributions payable by you under the schemes.
8. Leave Policy
1. Company’s leave policy shall apply to your employment and may be modified by Company
at any time, in its sole discretion, upon notice to you
9. Termination
1. Your employment shall terminate immediately:
1. When you reach the age of sixty (60) years.
2. Upon completion of continuous employment of three (3) months during probation
period or upon confirmation of your services, your services are liable to be
terminated by Company on giving you 30 days’ notice (for the employees for the
Grade G01 and G03) or 60 days’ notice (for the employees for the Grade G04 and
above) in writing or by paying your monthly gross salary in lieu of giving such notice.
3. If you decide to leave services of the Company at any time, you will be required to give
not less than 30 days’ notice (for the employees for the Grade G01 and G03) or 60
days’ notice (for the employees for the Grade G04 and above) in writing and the
Company may at its sole discretion relieve you of your duties anytime during the notice
period, and in that event, you will be paid salary up to the last working day. In case, due
to reason beyond the employee’s control, the employee is required to give notice less
than the notice period, the company may at its sole discretion, relieve the employee of
its duties before the completion of the mandatory notice period with or without
payment of salary in lieu of such notice period or shortfall therein.
4. Upon Company’s notice to you, if you are in breach of any of the terms contained
herein or any of the Company’s policies and you have failed to cure such breach
within thirty (30) calendar days of notice of such breach.
2. Company may terminate your employment immediately, with or without notice, on
occurrence of:
1. Theft, intoxication or illegal drug abuse, unauthorized absence in excess of the
Company leaves policy, unauthorized disclosure or misuse or attempted
unauthorized disclosure or misuse of the Company’s Confidential Information, gross
insubordination, Harassment.
2. Engaging in misconduct (willful, intentional or otherwise) during or in connection with
the performance of your obligations hereunder, act of fraud or being arrested,
charged or convicted in a criminal proceeding or similar proceeding that involves a
matter which Company believes, in its sole discretion, may affect the performance
of your obligations hereunder, may affect the Company and/or its affiliates and their
employees, contractors and/or clients or may otherwise bring the Company and/or
its affiliates and their employees, contractors and/or clients any disrepute, whether
or not such matter is directly related to the affairs of the Company and/or its
affiliates and their employees, contractors or clients; and/or
3. Involvement in any act of immoral activities.
4. If it has been alleged and prima facie established through preliminary internal inquiry
that you have committed sexual harassment.
10. Consequences of termination
1. Upon termination or expiration of your employment, for any reason, or as otherwise
requested by Company, you will return to the Company:
1. Any property belonging to the Company, that is in your possession, custody or
control, including but not limited to laptop computer, software, company mobile
phone, identity card, access card and other devices with details of any passwords or
user ids installed therein; and
2. All Confidential Information and any work product, including any documents and
information, and any other documents or any written or machine readable material
relating to the business and affairs of the Company or third parties that you have
obtained access to by virtue of your employment with the Company, of whatever
description or in whatever form, tangible or intangible, in your possession, custody or
control together with copies, notes or summaries of such documents and your own
working papers which are derived of or based on such documents or work product.
3. After termination or expiration of your employment, you shall not make any
representations to any third person, entity or corporation for or on behalf of the
Company, including use of the name of the Company or the logo of the Company. You
shall also inform all concerned parties, as well as update all your professional
references or social media accounts. During your employment, and thereafter, you
shall not make any adverse written or oral statement or take any action, directly or
indirectly, which you know or reasonably should know to be disparaging or negative
concerning the Company publicly (including on any form of social media) or
otherwise, except as allowed or required by law. You shall also refrain from
suggesting to anyone that any written or oral statements be made which you know
or reasonably should know to be disparaging negative concerning the Company, or
from urging or influencing any person to make any such statement.
2. Upon termination or expiration of your employment, for any reason, Company shall be
entitled to, at its sole discretion, pursue any remedy available in law or in contract to ensure
settlement of any amounts owed by you hereunder, including costs and expenses incurred
towards your training.
3. Any termination of employment or these Terms of Employment by Company shall be
without any further liability of Company and its affiliates and their employees, contractors or
clients to you or to your successors-in-interest or assigns.0
4. Company, in cases of data theft, failure to return company property and/or compromise of
company confidential information, or any other violation of your obligations under this clause
10, non-settlement of monetary dues, by the employee, shall be entitled to, at its sole
discretion, withhold the relieving letter and all other documents regarding your employment
hereunder.
11. Confidentiality
1. You agree, as part of your employment hereunder, you will have access, directly or indirectly,
to certain Confidential Information of Company and its affiliates and their employees,
contractors and/or clients. At any time during the term of your employment, you agree to
execute non-disclosure or similar agreements required by the Company and
its affiliates and their employees, contractors and/or clients with respect to such confidential
Information.
2. During the term of your employment and thereafter, you shall:
1. hold the Confidential Information in the strictest confidence.
2. not make known, communicate, share, provide access to, transfer, disclose, reproduce,
distribute or use or attempt to use, reproduce, distribute or disclose or
otherwise make available, the Confidential Information, at any time, either during or after
your employment with the Company, except as expressly permitted in writing by the
Company and solely for the purpose of performing your assigned duties for the Company
for which such Confidential Information was disclosed to you and you shall also use your
best endeavors to prevent any other person from doing so;
3. You confirm that you will maintain confidentiality with regards to records, documents and other
information relating to the business of the Company which may be confided to you.
You shall immediately return any records, documents and other information of the Company
and shall not retain or share any copies in any form upon caseation of your services.
4. “Confidential Information” means any proprietary or confidential information, work product
whether produced by you or other resources of the Company or provided to you by
Company or on Company’s and its affiliates’ and their employees’, contractors’ and/or
clients’ behalf.
12. Data Privacy Policy
1. Company may, in connection with your employment, receive personal data relating to you or
third parties associated with you (such as your spouse or children). Such data may be
received from you, or from other sources, and some limited personal data maybe recorded
directly or indirectly by internal security systems or by other means. By signing these Terms
of Employment, you consent to the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy, as maybe
modified by Company at any time, and in its sole discretion, upon notice to, and you
expressly consent to the following:
1. the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
2. the collection and processing of sensitive personal data about you to the limited extent and
for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
3. the transfer worldwide of personal data held about you by the Company to other
employees and offices of the Company and to third parties where disclosure to such third
parties is required in the normal course of business or by law
13. Non-Compete
1. During the term of your employment or these Terms of Employment, you will not, directly or
indirectly, either alone or jointly with or as manager, agent, consultant or employee of any
person, firm or company, engage yourself in any activity or business which could result in direct
or indirect competition with the business of the Company.
14. Warranties
1. You warrant that your employment with Company will not violate or otherwise conflict with
any agreement (oral or otherwise) to which you are or have been a party to

employment contract or other contract or agreement with company that previously employed
or contracted with you and that any previous employment contract and/or relationships have

permissions/approvals from the third parties before accepting the offer from Avantha
Technologies. You further represent and warrant that you have not and will not
inappropriately, or attempt to, use or disclose any confidential or proprietary information
obtained from a third party or
4. otherwise. You agree and acknowledge that a breach of this provision shall entitle Avantha
Technologies to terminate your services with immediate effect.
You hereby represent and warrant that you shall not bring into Avantha Technologies
premises (or use in any manner) any third-party documents or materials with yourself to
Avantha Technologies, including any such documents or materials from your previous
employer. To the extent you feel that

your employment at Avantha Technologies would require you to bring any third-party documents
or materials to Avantha Technologies; you shall not bring any such documents or materials
unless you have taken all permissions/approvals from the third parties before accepting the offer
from Avantha Technologies. You further represent and warrant that you have not and will not
inappropriately, or attempt to, use or disclose any confidential or proprietary information
obtained from a third party or otherwise. You agree and acknowledge that a breach of this
provision shall entitle G (Avantha Technologies) to terminate your services with immediate effect.
5. You warrant that you will comply with all of Company’s policies and standards (including
the Company’s Code of Conduct, Corrective and Disciplinary Action Policy,
Information Security and Leave Policy amongst others) in effect
from time to time and shall perform your services in a professional
manner and in a manner consistent with the ethical and professional standards
of Company or otherwise as applicable to the services provided by you hereunder.
15. Indemnification
1. You agree to indemnify the Company and its affiliates for any losses or damages sustained by
Company and its affiliates which is caused by or related to your breach of any of the provisions
contained in this Terms of Employment.
16. General
1. These Terms of Employment and your employment is personal to you and you cannot assign,
subcontract or transfer your obligations hereunder to any other person or entity. Avantha
Technologies may assign these Terms of Employment, in part or whole, upon notice to you.
No delay or failure by Avantha Technologies to exercise any of its powers, rights or remedies
under these Terms of Employment will operate as a waiver of such powers, rights or
remedies. If any provision of these Terms of Employment is held by any competent authority
to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the other provisions and the remainder of
these Terms of Employment shall not be affected. You shall not make any announcement
concerning Company and its affiliates and their employees, contractors or clients without
Company’s prior written consent and you shall not use or disclose the name, trademark,
domain name, service mark, logo or any other intellectual property of Company and its
affiliates and their employees, contractors or clients. These Terms of Employment will be
construed in accordance with and governed by the Laws of India. These Terms of
Employment are integral part of your ‘Appointment letter (and any attachments thereto)’,
are the exclusive and entire agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter, and
supersedes all prior and contemporaneous discussions, agreements, negotiations,
representations, and proposals relating to the subject matter hereof.

CODE OF CONDUCT – EXTENSION 1

This Code of Conduct extension applies to all employees of the company who are Working from Home.
This is extension to the primary Code of Conduct which is singed by employee at the time of joining i.e.,
Joining Kit (this extension will still valid if signed independently). Employee shall explicitly adhere with the
practices (not limited to) mentioned below. Glebova as a Company ensures to maintain the
Confidentiality, Integrity and availability appropriately of their Customer, Clients and employee data and
information. So, employees must adhere to the below requirements in Work from Home Scenarios.

Employee Day-to Day work and availability


a. If an employee has a reason to request working flexibly, they must put this request, formally,
in writing to their line manager and HR Team in the first instance.
b. Such employee shall be available on calls as and when required by the client or the reporting
manager.
c. In case of leave during work from home, the employee shall undertake proper approval from
the reporting manager in the manner that is identical to the process followed in case of the
physical presence of the employee.
d. The employee shall adhere to the terms of the confidentiality during work from home.
e. Employees who have personal responsibilities such as childcare or elder care will be expected
to manage these responsibilities in a way that allows them to successfully meet their
employment obligations.
f. The Reporting Manager and other team members have the right of access to the employee to
discuss work related issues, during the agreed normal working hours.
g. Rake rest and meal breaks while working remotely in full compliance with
h. all applicable policies of Avantha Technologies.
i. Maintain the KRA of job.
j. Attendance will be marked basis on manual attendance sent by TL/Manage r and approved by

k. All the leaves will be marked in HRMS (ZING HR) as per attendance and leave policy.
l. Despite any pre-authorized home working arrangements if the employee is required to attend

and expected to attend.
m. If the employee’s pre-authorized Working from Home agreement stems from the employee’s need
to be working at home due to illness or disability, then attendance at an office will be reviewed on
an individual basis.

Equipment Sitting (Providing Assets and Physical Security)


n. All company provided assets shall be used in an appropriate manner, any damage is subjected
to lead the penalties in lieu of any physical damage and mishandling of assets.
o. Assets provided by Avantha Technologies or in case employee using own assets which is being
used in Avantha Technologies Operations shall be placed in safe and secure area and shall
not leave unattended in any
scenario.
p. Employee must return the assets in case of employee termination or separations and
Avantha Technologies reserve the rights to take the Avantha Technologies assets back from
employee
Teleworking Connectivity and Support
q. Shall use only secured medium (e.g., VPN connection) provided by Avantha Technologies IT
Team to connect with the office Infrastructure in their computers either Avantha
Technologies provided or own device.
r. Shall use the Anti-Virus and OS patching in their computer in case own devices and shall update
them periodically, however Avantha Technologies provided computers will have the Anti-Virus
installed and OS patching automatically.
c. Secured connection provided by the Avantha Technologies will remain confidential and shall not
share any clue t
o anyone (including family members, friends and other)
