Good day!

This refers to your application to the Department of Human Settlements and Urban
Development Region 9.

You are scheduled to take the aptitude examination on Sunday, March 10, 2024
from 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and the competitive examination from 1:30 p.m. – 5:00
p.m. at the School of Graduate Studies, 3rd Floor, JH Cerilles State College Pagadian
Campus, F. Consolacion Street, Balangasan District, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del
Sur.

Please find below the guidelines for the examination:

1. Present this exam invitation and valid government-issued ID upon registration;

2. Bring blue ballpen, pencils, eraser, sharpener (sharing is not allowed);
3. Due to humidity and the venue, you are encouraged to bring hand fan,
handkerchief, battery operated hand fan, and lots of water.
