motivated individuals to join our Sales team as Cold Callers. This role of fers an exciting opportunity

Position Overview:

As a Cold Caller - Sales Associate, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential
clients, presenting our products/services persuasively, and achieving daily performance targets. The
role includes a 15-day non-paid training period and a 6-month probationary period with daily
performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling:

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients using provided scripts.

Present products/services in a compelling and persuasive manner.

Performance Targets:

Achieve daily performance targets outlined during the training.

Strive to exceed set targets and contribute to overall team success.

Shift: 8:30 PM to 6:00 AM IST including Breaks.


Training Period:

Participate in a 15-day non-paid training to gain a thorough understanding of products/services and


sales techniques.

Probation Period:

Undergo a 6-month probationary period with regular performance evaluations.

Daily Performance Incentive:

Earn a daily performance incentive of 500/- INR upon achieving the daily targets.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English.

Laptop/Desktop and a smartphone with a reliable internet connection.

Ability to adapt and learn quickly during the training period.

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mind-set.

Probation Terms and Performance-Linked Benchmarks:

Your employment with Essiz Consultancy Service will be based on Probation, subject to the following
performance benchmarks:

Achieving 50% or Below of the set targets will position you on a bench status.

Exceeding 50% targets will lead to a contract extension.

Achieving 60% or more will result in a contract extension accompanied by a Nominal Bonus.

Surpassing an 80% target will ensure a contract extension with an additional incentive and a
substantial hike in salary.

Excelling with a 90% or higher target achievement will transition your role into a permanent position
within our company. Alongside this, you will receive a bonus, incentive, and a notable salary
increase.
Note:

The 15-day training period is non-paid, and candidates are expected to fully engage in the learning
process.

During the 6-month probationary period, paid leaves are not applicable.

Your 15 days training cost will be paid to you on successful completion of your probation else will be
retained towards training cost.
