Note to bending radii: At swing beam folders the bending radius depends on sheet thickness, material type, bending length and folding beam tools.
Sheet thickness up to max. 2 mm Ri = appr. 1 x s (s = sheet thickness)

General Note: All given notes apply for mild steel of 400 N/mm² and for stainless steel of 700 N/mm².
The max. sheet thickness is for mild steel 2 mm and for stainless steel 1,5 mm.
The min. blank dimension is 100 mm * 600 mm, the max. blank dimension is 700 mm * 3200 mm.
We assume, that the profiles are straight during the bending process and will be sawn afterwards for mitre.
Holes e.g. for the door latch should be appr. 5 mm away from bends.
Cycle times are given with the moment by pick up the blank and put down the finish part on the table.
