HOW TO CREATE A

SOLUTION FRAMEWORK
THAT POSITIONS YOU AS AN AUTHORITY
1. SUBJECT:
What is the subject or topic that you want to teach and become a recognised
authority in?

Example Subject: Public Speaking

2. SKILLS (PILLAR)
Now breakdown your chosen subject into pillar skills that will need to be mastered by
your clients to be successful. You must have at least 3 and no more than 9.

Example Pillar Skills: Content Creation, Presentation Skills, Storytelling,

Selling From Stage.
3. SELECT:
Now select just ONE of the Pillar skills to develop into deeper dive content.

Example Select: Presentation Skills.

4. SUB-SKILLS
Now brainstorm all the smaller sub-skills or steps required to master your selected
pillar skill.

You can figure this out by either modelling how you perform this pillar skill and you can
also research how other experts do this pillar skill.

Sub-Skills Example: Be Congruent, Vocal Variety, Emotional Control, Gestures,

Posture, Connection.
5. SEQUENCE
Now it’s time to put them into an order and sequence that makes sense.

Sequence Example:
Emotional Control.
Be Congruent.
Posture.
Vocal Variety.
Connection.
Gestures.
6. SYSTEMISE & SUBSTITUTE
Now it’s time to make your list of items into a system by substituting the words so all
the steps start with same letter (alliteration) or so the first letters of each sub-skill or
step spells a word (acronym) and also it’s better if each sub-skill or step is just one
single word.

Example Systemise & Substitute:

Emotional Control = State
Be Congruent. = Yourself
Posture. = Stance
Vocal Variety. = Tonality
Connection. = Eye-Contact
Gestures = Movement
= S.Y.S.T.E.M
7. STAMP:
Now it’s time to stamp your sub-system with a brand name. Make sure the name
describes what the sub-system does. Try to make the name catchy and memorable
by using word association or rhyme. Finally if the sub-system is an acronym then get
the acronym into the name itself.

Example Stamp:
* The Stress Free Speaker S.Y.S.T.E.M
Now it’s time to repeat the process for each pillar skill.
Once you have completed this give you entire system a name:
Example: The Jet Set Speaker System.
