INTRODUCTION
The end-user satisfaction assessment aimed to evaluate the overall satisfaction levels of
patrons at Indus Cinema in Jamshoro City. This report presents the analysis and results
derived from both quantitative and qualitative data collected through surveys and interviews.

4. Facilities Satisfaction:
66.7% of respondents expressed satisfaction with the facilities provided, including
seating, restrooms, and parking.

50% of respondents rated the customer service as good, while 25% found it
excellent, indicating generally positive feedback about the staff's performance.
6. Pricing Perception:
50% of respondents considered the pricing of tickets and concessions as very
reasonable, while 25% found it reasonable, suggesting a favorable perception of
pricing among patrons.
7. Audiovisual Technology:
75% of respondents reported being satisfied with the audiovisual technology,
indicating a high level of satisfaction with the quality of the movie-watching
experience.
8. Cleanliness:
50% of respondents found Indus Cinema clean, while 50% rated it as very clean,
indicating a positive perception of the cleanliness and maintenance of the cinema.
