Site Meeting commenced at 9:30am chaired by En. Wan Hassan Bin Wan Musa, Jurutera
Daerah Selangor. Round table commenced with introductions from all consultants.

Chairperson emphasized that ISLA must at all times prioritize “SAFTEY & QUALITY” on the INFO
project and open lines of communication between all consultants is needed.
1.2. Letter of Award
1.2.1. The main contractor for the project is Islah Niaga Sdn. Bhd.(ISLA) INFO

1.2.2. Contract Information are per stated on Page 2 of the minute of

meeting.

1.3. Project Management Protocol

1.3.1 Juru & Teras Bersekutu informed the appointment of the C&S RE/CoW
was anticipated latest by 26.10.2017. Chairman emphasized the urgency for
site representation and advised ISLA to photograph dated and document all
current activities on site. ISLA

consultants and copied to JKR for information.

2.4.1 Request for Work Inspection (RFWI)
- For Earth Works, all necessary steps must be taken and submitted
to JKR for their approval.
2.4.2 Request for Information (RFI)
- Any information required must be in proper documentation.
2.4.3 Schedule of Works (Two Weeks Before & After)
- Submit schedule for work every two weeks.
2.4.4 Material Approval
- All material specified in contract or drawings need to get approval
from consultants.

 3.1 MBSA raise issues in regards to over-flowing residual water from the site seeping into the
Public Lake which is perpendicular to the site. ISLA

- ISLA has dug trenches around the circumference of the site to ensure no residual
murky water seeps into the lake.

3.2 Site Restriction

MBSA has requested to keep Site Entrances closed when not being used, ISLA
as the entrance is by a main and busy road.

3.3 Submission of Drawings and Documents for MBSA’s Approval ISLA On Going
ISLA and Consultants to work together to ensure all necessary Forms and Plans have been
submitted and give the greenlight by MBSA as we venture forward into this project. MBSA
officials have offered to give as much assistance as possible.
