I - SITUATION APPRAISAL
In response to the pressing global challenges of climate change and resource depletion, our Sustainable
Housing Project aims to revolutionize the way we think about residential & commercial development. With
a focus on sustainability, innovation, and community, our project seeks to create environmentally
responsible housing solutions that not only reduce carbon footprint but also foster vibrant and inclusive
communities.

The Philippines currently recycles only 10% of its annual plastic garbage. The country is being tagged by
the United Nations as the top ocean plastic polluter and the 3 rd ranking country with huge plastic waste
generated every year. Plastic Waste Management is a significant problem in the Philippines, with an
estimated “unmanaged” 2.4 billion kilograms of plastic waste generated annually. The opportunity loss from
unmanaged plastic waste value is $890,000,000 and this can benefit the country further if we expand our
plastic waste processing facility in every region to convert plastic waste into high quality by-products
through our proprietary technology.

II - GOALS
1. Design and construct energy-efficient homes: Utilizing cutting-edge sustainable building materials
and techniques, we aim to create homes that minimize energy consumption and reduce greenhouse
gas emissions.
2. Incorporate renewable energy sources: Integrate renewable energy technologies such as solar
panels and water filters to generate clean, renewable power for our housing developments.
3. Foster community engagement and collaboration: Establish community gardens, shared spaces,
and recreational areas to encourage social interaction, collaboration, and a sense of belonging among
residents.
4. Prioritize accessibility and affordability: Ensure that our sustainable housing developments are
accessible to people of diverse socio-economic backgrounds by offering a range of affordable
housing options and incorporating universal design principles.
5. Educate and inspire: Provide educational programs and resources to empower residents with the
