One day in my last work some colleagues went to pick up a donation for the foundation where we
worked. They left very early and when they arrived, they told them that they were in an area
where there was a guerrilla presence, that they had arrived at a bad time and they were leaving.
Meanwhile, they called their families to tell them that they have been kidnapped and had to pay a
ransom. The families were very scared and paid what they were asking. Later they realized that no
one was watching them and they ran away. When they arrived, they realized that it was a form of
extorsion form prison and that no one had followed them, they had only intimidated their families.

They should have called their families immediately and stopped them to tell them what was
happening.

Their families should have called the foundation first before making the payment.

I would not have gone alone for a donation out of town.

In addition, many foreigners have come to live in our city, due to their income in dollars, this has

rents have risen a lot, as have the price of food.

transportation.
