A ROLLER COASTER LIFE OF ANGEL

There was a girl who lived in Tibagon, full of happiness and love from her parents and
her name was Angel, Angel was a girl who always did her tasks or decisions to make her family
happy and proud, but suddenly Angel didn’t fulfill her doings, Angel was a black sheep in her family,
she always feels burden, worthless, and also not belong to the family, Angel doesn’t show the real
her because she doesn’t like to hear some negative thoughts about her that’s why she can't go out in
her shell, she's always in her lockout with her cellphone and teddy bears, she can't hang out with her
friends. Her mother was strict she couldn't live without permission from her mother and even if she
asked permission her mother would not agree because she didn’t have trust in angel even in small
things. After all, Angel is not capable of doing things she doesn’t fulfill in a small task.

Therefore there was a day when she made a decision on her own and lived on her own, she left her
parents' house because of a personal matter, even though she left her parents' house she was
always grateful for the kindness of her parent, she always prays that someday this problem will solve
it in Gods perfect timing, and she prays and hopes even they a part hope gods always guide them on
there decision in life and hope they live in happy life, and give them more life to spend in this world.

There was a man who caught my attention. In the first place, I didn’t like him because his older than
me 3 years older, and he consistently paid attention to me and always made me happy in small
things. He is caring, loving, family-oriented, and a good man.

After that I admire him for being him I admire his dedication in his studies and his hard work to help
his family and his business right now. He was a man full of positive thoughts in his life, a man with a
word, a man who always sacrificed his time and effort and his life for his family and business and
even for me.

Now he is building his dreams and goals, I am proud of him even in the hard times in his life and his
business he always thinks positively, He is a man full of dreams, hoping that day he gets all his
dreams and goals in life. I love him more than he loves me, I don’t think I can find another man
more than him his enough for me, hoping someday he gets what he prayed for, I'm always here for
him no matter what I will treasure him every day. For God's perfect timing, he gets what he
sacrificed now.

There is always a thought in people's heads about everything and anything, they always think about
their lives, work, family, friends, loved ones, and even their selves. They overthink anything. For
example ‘Am I capable or good in this work?’ ‘ am I enough for them?’ ‘Did I make them proud?’
these are some examples of thoughts and overthinks.

We can't identify what they feel we can't predict what they overthink or what thoughts are in their
mind, so don’t judge the person who had thoughts in their minds in everything and had overthought,
it is more helpful if you or we help them to not overthink or overthought, for example, talk to them,
listen to them on their problems and advice them to think positive, in this little help you/we can
