100. GENERAL

(1) Module B:
One section board for PLC without side covers. Measurements (HxWxD):
2000x1100x600mm,
must comply with what is established in the BASE_TABLEROS_IO (003).pdf document, which contains the electrical
specification for PLC boards Cemex Mexico Projects.Inlcudes, at the very least, the following:
Front door and a 200 mm baseboard.
Sealed front window for visualizing inside.
Extractor fan, Injector 6” 115 Vac
14 Watt ceiling lamp for interior lighting with switch and polarized double contact.
Green pilot light that turns on when the board is switched on.
Platen used to mount the PLC, its components and its wiring with 2000x1200 mm measurements.
Grooved gutter por internal cable canalization.
Terminals, fuse-terminals, stop terminal, covers, DIN rail, neutral bar and earthing bar.
Thermomagnetic breakers and fuses
24 VDC source and relays
Cemex color coded wirings.
Cemex wiring labeling.

(2) Module G:
Rack of 2000mm of height x 400mm of lenght x 600mm of width, named section G.
Front door and a 200 mm baseboard.

Include side covers (set of 2).
