Itis designed to perform the radiography of patients either in a horizontal or vertical position. (@]_ note ‘The operation procedure and the touch panel display of the X-ray tube support CH-200 may be different between when combined with Shimadzu X-ray high voltage generator UD 150B-40/L-40 and when combined with the UD150L- 40E/F. This operation manual basically describes the procedure when the CH-200 is combined with the UD150B-40/L-40. @ if the R-20J is combined as a collimator, the function and procedure will be different from the case where the R-30H is combined as listed below. + Since the R-20J does not have auto-collimation function, use the dials on the R- 20J to adjust the size of exposure field + Use the lamp button on the R-20J main body to turn ON/OFF the collimator lamp (You can turn the lamp ON/OFF from the operation panel and rear operation panel of the CH-200 as optional function). + When the CH-200 is combined with X-ray radiography table BK-200, the auto- ‘On function of collimator lamp when releasing the table top lock is provided as an option. You cannot modify the radiography technique or condition of the UD150L-40E/F from the CH-200. In addition, you cannot modify radiography technique of the CH-200 from the UD150L-40EIF. + The button arrangement on the operation panel can be modified when installing the unit, +The X-ray tube support can be moved and lighted exposure field lamp using the rear operation panel. (3-directional moving, rotation around the vertical axis lock release functions and ‘exposure field lamps) Function + The rotation around the vertical axis of the X-ray tube support can be unlocked with the operation panel enabling even radiography at dificult angles demanded in orthopedic operations. (Radiography with general radiography technique) + The X-ray tube support can be moved vertically within a 1600 mm range. ‘Without using a footstool, it can perform radiography at a low position, such as the knees, with the patient + The vertical position of the X-ray tube support is selectable at the time of installation making it suitable even for examination rooms with high ceilings. + Aluminum rails are standard equipment enabling the quiet and smooth movement of the X-ray tube support. They also enable accurate positioning for conducting radiography. +The magnetic brakes reduce noises upon locking, ‘CH-200 Operation Manual 3 1 Outline Optional Function Positioning and exposure field alignment can be set automatically in horizontal tracking function (option) by combining with Shimadzu X-ray radiography stand BR-120. ‘Combining with Shimadzu X-ray radiography table BK-200 and using tomography function (option), the tomography and the Bucky tracking radiography can be performed (Note) The Bucky tracking is a function to position X-ray tube support and Bucky devices automatically Awnen combined with the X-ray high voltage generator UD150L-40EIF, the optional tomography function is not available. ‘The positioning of X-ray tube support to Bucky device and Source image distance (SID) maintaining can be performed automatically by combining with ‘Shimadzu X-ray radiography table BK-200, horizontal tracking device (Option) and Bucky tracking device (Option).
