Q: A project team has recently been set-up with the Victoria Government to find
solutions to the traffic congestion problem of eastern and south-eastern suburbs of
Melbourne, Australia. A possible solution is to develop Ringwood, Dandenong,
Frankston, and Doncaster link road. Identify potential project stakeholders. If the
government decides to use the traditional system to implement the project, identify
the challenges and benefits.
