When I arrive at the office to 7:30, and I check the email and the day's agenda
from 7:45 am.

a two 9:15. Training session or workshops are held for employees to review the training process
from 9:15 to hall.
Pass nine half abreast from past 9 to 12:00. I continued with the seminars and workshops for
employees from 12 to 2 pm.
Small talks are pending with special workers for personal development
and establishment of long and short term goals. From 5:00 two 5:30. I get ready to let go.
Karen starts her daily routine in the area of training and development at 7:00 am
Upon arriving at the office by 7:30, she checks her email and the day's agenda until 8:15. The
training and development team, led by Mr. Watson, begins their sessions from 9:15 to 12:00,
encompassing training sessions and workshops for employees. Karen continues with seminars and
workshops for employees from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., followed by her lunch break from 2:00 to 4:00
p.m. During this time, she also handles administrative tasks such as document management and
preparation of monitoring reports. From 4:00 to 5:00 p.m., Karen coordinates nearby events and
engages in small talks with special workers for personal development and goal setting. Finally,
from 5:00 to 5:30 p.m., she prepares to leave for the day.
