Percent Change
Percent change is used to express an increase or decrease in a quantity compared to its initial
value.
Examples of percent change:
Change in the value of a company - Company has grown by: 140% − 100% = 40%

Company has diminished by: 100% − 80% = 20%

To calculate %C: % C = Increase or Decrease  100%
