UDAYA HOLLA – BIO DATA

He was born on 11-01-1951 and enrolled as an advocate in the year

1973. He has a thorough knowledge of practically all branches of Indian
Laws and has a very large practice. Though based in Bangalore and
practices in Karnataka High Court, he regularly appears in the Supreme
Court of India and other High Courts of the country and in international
and domestic arbitrations. He has participated in many International
Legal Seminars and Conferences held in Hong Kong, U.S.A and New
Zealand and has authored many papers and articles on corporate and
other laws and is the recipient of several awards for outstanding service
and achievement. He is connected with a few social service
organisations which cater to the need of the disabled, aged, orphans, etc.
He is the managing trustee of Bengaluru professionals Benevolent Fund,
which was started with the object of giving financial aid to advocates for
medical treatment, death relief etc. He is a designated Senior Counsel
and is the past president of Karnataka chapter of International
Commission of Jurists. He was the Advocate General of the State of
Karnataka four times.
