restaurant staff. This system leverages
technology to efficiently handle the
complexities associated with restaurant
operations, ensuring a smooth and
organized workflow.

of restaurant reservation
table management system:
 The system allows customers to make reservations
online or by phone, and captures their details, such
as name, contact number, party size, date, time, and
special requests.
 The system assigns a confirmation number to each
reservation and sends a confirmation message to
the customer via email or SMS.
 The system also allows customers to cancel or
modify their reservations, and updates the
availability of tables accordingly.
 The system displays a visual representation of the
restaurant’s floor plan, showing the status and
capacity of each table, such as vacant, occupied,
reserved, or dirty.
 The system allows the host or manager to assign
tables to customers based on their preferences,
such as window, booth, or bar seats, and the
availability of tables.
he system notifies the server of the assigned table
and the customer’s details, such as name and
special requests.
The system tracks the progress of each table, such
as the time of arrival, order placement, food
delivery, bill payment, and departure.
The system alerts the host or manager of any issues,
such as long wait times, customer complaints, or
table requests.
The system generates reports and analytics on the
restaurant’s performance, such as the number of
reservations, walk-ins, no-shows, cancellations, table
turnover, average check, and revenue.
