BMG FOUNDATION CONCERT

July 2nd 2024

BMG Foundation, committed to fostering international relationships and bridging cultural

divides, is eager to propose an event showcasing a blend of Western and Eastern influences at
the prestigious Royal Albert Hall. Building on our three pillars – Diplomacy of Art, The Polo
Cup, and The Foundation Classics – we aim to establish cross-cultural connections on a
global stage.

The proposed event, on July 2nd, 2024, consists of a performance by a premier classical
orchestra and an exceptional performance by a widely adored Saudi musician with an
extensive fan base in Saudi Arabia, the Gulf States, and among the Middle Eastern
community in London. In the past, BMG Foundation has collaborated with renowned
orchestras such as the Royal Philharmonic, London Philharmonic, and Philharmonia
Orchestras, and upon securing our target date, we plan to engage one of them for this concert.

BMG Foundation has a track record of successfully organizing over 20 concerts in cities like
London, Vienna, Dubai, Amman, Beirut, and Damascus. These events have consistently
received high attendance and positive reception. BMG Foundation's next event is part of an
annual summer retreat, including an economic forum at the London Stock Exchange and a
polo match at the Guards Polo Club.

The ticket prices will range from GBP 100 to GBP 2000, with each ticket holder also gaining
admission to the polo match at Windsor Castle. As these events are for charitable and noble
causes, BMG Foundation will support the Prince and Princess of Wales charities. BMG
Foundation will invite British and Saudi royal family members as guests of honor, further
symbolizing the commitment to bridging East and West. Previous guests of honor included
the late HM The Queen, HM King Charles, HM King Salman of Saudi Arabia, HM King
Abdullah of Malaysia, and The Prince of Wales, among others.

We are confident that hosting this event at the Royal Albert Hall will not only resonate with
our mission to connect cultures and reach a broad audience through this concert, but it will
also generate significant support for our chosen charities, combining artistic and financial
success with our philanthropic goals.

To reach our target audience, BMG Foundation will commission a specialized PR agency to
cover all the required marketing, promotion, and segmentation of ticket pricing. As
mentioned earlier, the prices of tickets are subject to the seating plans for both events, the
concert and the polo cup at Guards Polo Club. As for timing, our event is expected to last
circa 2 hours, beginning with a standard orchestral piece and concluding with the Saudi
musician's performance.
