Marketing budget created:


-ticket price is fixed according to capacity
-the event budget is calculated and sponsorship deals are struck in order to gain more funds
-Sponsorship queries were put out and sent by mail to specific companies.
-Calculation of all expenses like security, equipment, lighting wtc done
and rest of budget spent on marketing in different methods like guerilla method etc.
-Venue had to be decided very strategically.
-we contacted a few sites and spoke to them about the availability of place and the capacity it can hold
-Estimated number of ppl to come for the event is around 50 to 60 thousand people
-we spoke to a few 5 star hotels and gave them an offer to be one of sponsor for the event
they were also asked if they could accomadate the celebs in the hotel
the celebs would also have a small performance in the hotels in order to attract the crowd to the hotel
We approached a few food outlets and arranged for sponsorships from them and food stalls at the partyy
The venue chosen strategically, in a nice and expensive location, where everyone can easily access the place for 3
days
-We then applied for the permits and registration with the cops since there would be alcohol being
served, loud music being played and then went on to finalise date and time which is 23rd,24th and
25th December from 5-1030pm
-equipment has to be decided and arranged with the vendor.
Speaaker system setup and lighting have to be set up well
A comfortable environment has to be created without making it too crowded or packed with people

-Selling Tickets:
the tickets for the party will then be sold through paytm insider, in order to promote them as one of
our sponsors.
the ticket prices are as follows:
1000 for regular ticket
2000 for vip pass
3200 for VVIP pass

-The last and final step is the marketing and promotion of the concert
all the marketing budget is spent in different ways in order for everyone to know about the event

MARKETING STRATEGIES
This event is going to be a spectacular one to the eyes of the crowd.

-The grand entry to our captivating event is in the form of a large subway which
will surely remind the public of those tasty subs.
-There will be a launch of two sky balloons which shows our sponsor paytm
insider which made the tickets so easily available and our soaring logo of the
vista realm
-There will also be a a huge boat with colourful banners of all our sponsors and
beautiful fireworks from the boat at the end of the event.
-All ice in the drinks will be in the shape of the bird that kingfisher has as its logo
